I’ve been a customer of Navisite since 2008. Navisite was a decent company before it was purchased by Time Warner. When they took over, most of engineering & support was outsourced to India. The quality of customer support and engineering services dropped off a cliff. I regularly spend two hours arguing and escalating email support issues and outages to someone who actually knows the difference between POP, SMTP&IMAP.

My company has 2 racks here that I am now responsible for, have been going weekly for almost a year and I really like Charlene the security manager(receptionist) she is very friendly and professional I also like the acres of available parking and relaxing SJ business park location. While I can not tell you about the cost for hosting I can tell you that most of the people that have cages or racks in this place are very nice IT people all in all I would recommend this place for almost a year we have never had a Navisite outage so for a few more weeks and they will have 59’s

Standard run of the mill datacenter with a low power to space density. You’ll see a lot of cabinets and racks only partly populated as computing hardware has gotten smaller, more powerful and electricity hungry. The quirk about this place is the guards follow you everywhere until they open your area, then you’re free to roam the place. If you have a large computing deployment, it won’t have much room for growth, otherwise if you have small co-location needs, it’s an adequate facility. 3.5 stars.
