This is the worst doctor office that I’ve ever been to. My mom come here monthly for her check up. And every time it’s over booked so crowed. The wait is ridiculous long, over an hour and a half and sometime two hours wait. Also the secretaries here is really rude. The way they talk to you is so unprofessional and rude.

Only 1 other time in my life, I give out a bad review; however, my experience made me so FURIOUS that I have to let fellow Unilocalers know.
I don’t go to Dr Nguyen myself, but my Mom does. We just received a letter saying that Dr Nguyen will no longer be her physician because she have consistently missed her appointment. First of all, my Mom always call to cancel the week before. Secondly, it was 2 times. Thirdly, people have lives and unexpected things arises that they can’t make an appointment. At least my Mom has the courtesy to call and cancel. Is that the reason to reject someone?
I just gave the office a call to inquire more details. The receptionist repeat the same thing I already know. They said my Mom might have a serious condition, need to see a doctor and be monitor. With that said, how can they reject someone because they have unexpected things come up? Bottom line is, with the title of Doctor, I would expect that person to have COMPASSION for their patients and CARE for their well beings. I DO NOT feel that they do here!
It’s unfortunately to see a Vietnamese doctor who treats people this way and lose sight of their role.
I would never want to have a doctor who doesn’t care about me!!! and reading all the other reviews here… it seemed like THEY DON“T CARE ABOUT ANYONE!

I often have to drive my dad to this office and the wait is ridiculous every time. Appointments are always overbooked and there are always about fifteen patients waiting for literally an hour or more. My dad said once he’s called in, he has to wait even more! I even take a nap in the waiting area because they take so long. They always have an excuse, like the doctor is going on vacation so they HAVE to overbook. What a waste of time.

Horrible!!! Office OVERBOOKS! Dr. says she doesn’t, but OMG! Waiting in the waiting room for about 45 – 50 minutes before my mom gets called in, then another 15 – 20 waiting for the dr. You see and hear the dr. running back and forth in the hall way. She says some patients just have a lot of questions. I told her she shouldn’t over book and space out the patients. The office is sooo crowded and it’s a long wait. I left there and in the process of finding another dr for my mom. Could not stand going there another day.

Dr. Nguyen was attentive when she first opened her office about 20yrs ago, but as the practice grew, her care became lacking. She always overbooks her appointments. My parents usually have to wait for 1 – 2 hrs before being seated in the exam room, and another hour to wait to see her for 5 minutes! They usually don’t leave the office until 3 hrs after their scheduled appointment. Of course, my parents found another Doctor so they can spend their time on something else rather than waiting in her cramped and crowded office.

This is the worst Dr. office I have ever been to. They took us back 40 minutes late and other people seemed to be waiting even longer. It also smelled terribly and was incredibly dirty. What’s worse, I am a special ed. teacher and the opthamologist yelled at my special ed student and angrily told him ti go back and wait another 20 minutes. Medi-​cal or not, I will never take him back here.
