I’ve been to quite a few Nike outlet stores in different cities and this is probably one of the best ones I’ve been to. I came here on a Friday night and the store was super organized and clean still, and the staff was very friendly. Most Nike outlet stores I’ve been to there are not many markdowns, and if there are, the sizes are large or xlarge only. At this location, they had so many markdowns with all sizes available. I was able to find a dri fit tank for $ 8, gym pants for $ 10, and even a sports bra for $ 10. If you have a friends and family Nike coupon, the prices can go even lower because it’ll stack on to the store discounts. I’ll definitely be coming here instead of the one in the Great Mall.

It’s a nice store. The workers are super helpful and genuinely wants to help. Its clean and not that busy in the morning. I would very much prefer to go to this one over the Great Mall any day and time. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good pair of shoes with little time on their hand.

This place was alright.
There was not a big selection to choose from. It was mainly the same shoes in different colors being displayed so not a lot to look at.
The children’s section had a better selection.
I just didn’t find any that I liked unfortunately. (it happens, nothing new)
Prices are decent but it depends on your budget and your intentions with the shoes (running, weight lifting, etc.). So I guess it can range from $$ to $$$ especially if it’s your first time getting a more comfortable/​decent pair than those Payless shoes.
Staff is alright, they didn’t stand out in service but didn’t lack either. I could tell a lot of people needed help with questions and most seemed to ignore and do their own thing so that’s where it could improve.
Location isn’t terrible, neither is parking. Although parking can be a hassle on weekends as it can be on most popular locations.
I may come here for clothes but definitely not for shoes unless they have a better variety.
I guess I was just meant to get Adidas in the end by the poor selection here.

You can find some great deals on shoes here. I bought new shoes for the large amount of walking I was going to be doing on our upcoming vacation. I ended up buying an originally $ 120 show for $ 30 by scouring the shelves against the wall which have the shoes on clearance. They have shoes for babies-​adults, so next time my daughter grows out of her Nikes I’m coming here, not Nordstrom. My husband also bought shoes, but he ended finding a better deal at Nordstrom Rack (in the same complex) due to finding a better Nike style that was also cheaper! I recommend checking this shop out. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean.

I love this Nike store location. It’s never packed (can’t say the same for its brother and sister locations in Gilroy and Milpitas). It’s always clean and I always get great service. My husband and I have the feet of Mama and Daddy Dinosaurs (size 14 men and size 11 women), so we never have a problem finding shoes lol. My absolute favorite time to shop at this store is when they have sales for additional 20 – 30 percent off of the clearance shoes! Inexpensive shoes = Winning!

Prices are still a bit high in my opinion, but the quality and variety of Nike products are really good. I got two pairs of Nike sweats for about $ 40.00 each. I love the material they use too. Really great for running and exercising at the gym or for just sleeping in/​walking around the house.
As always at Nike, the staff that runs this store are amazing. Super helpful and friendly alike. Last time I was in there they caught a foreign girl trying to walk out with shoes in her purse. After she obviously got caught, she started crying hysterically and making a scene. So one of the employees was trying to calm her down (in a very kind way I might add) while they took her in the back to wait for police. I just thought to myself, here is a thief that got caught stealing and this guy is holding his shit together trying to calm her down. What a gentlemen!
I’ll be returning here again next time they have some seasonal sales going on.

Such amazing DIVERSITY! I was there yesterday evening and noticed a very young sales rep in a hijab! Was so delighted to see the diverse work force! Someone in a hijab, another person with tattoos and nose ring, people with different sizes, people of different skin color. Wow! So happy to see the melting pot of the Bay Area all in one store. Great job, Nike! Very impressed.
I vowed after walking out of the store that I wouldn’t be shopping for sports gear anywhere else. (…and before all the trolls jump on me, I am not Arabic; just a human who is capable of seeing others as humans)
It also helped that the store was clean, well organized, decent deals, there were eagerly waiting people on the floor to help you find what you were looking for. Actually, a previous time when I had visited the store, the floor attendant also ran my bill right on the spot with a portable scanner! I didn’t need to get in the line; how fantastic is that? However, last night there wasn’t such an option and there was a 10 people line; wonder why they didn’t us the portable billing devices then… hmmm. Anyway, this Nike store is still 5* in my opinion.

This is a an awesome place for running, training gear.

Came here looking for new sneakers a few weeks ago. The shoe selection is pretty lame… all the sneakers are gaudy, probably because no one wanted to buy them in a «real» store. Ended up finding more «acceptable» Nike sneakers at the DSW in Sunnyvale. I don’t think I’ll be back here.
Parking lot is very small and crowded. Took longer to park than the amount of time I spent in the store.

So much better in comparison to all of the other factory locations I’ve been to in the area (Great Mall, Vacaville, SL and Garlic town). Why?
Customer Service: Exceptional. Every employee I came in contact with either asked me if I was finding everything (yes), needed a bag (I had a ton of things) and made eye contact with me… big plus! I love eye contact, it means you’re paying attention to me. I really put emphasis on customer service at retail locations, because I feel that is what will really set business establishments apart from one another.
Ambiance/​Cleanliness: The store is large… smaller than GM, but still spacious and definitely not as crowded/​busy. I really like that upon entering it’s clear where everything is. They do a great job of keeping the place clean, organized and I saw a lot of people flowing in and out of dressing rooms and the employees were returning the clothing to the racks right away. I like that a lot, because there have been times where I eye another customer, because they have something I want. I was able to purchase an item I really wanted, because fortunately the woman before me didn’t want it and the employee put it back out right away! Kudos to her, wish I caught her name!
Deals: Great prices! I feel like they always have some type of deal. Latest one: 40−60% select items, nonetheless I walked out with a bunch of stuff and yeah, I payed a lot because its NIKE, then again. it’s freaking NIKE… walked out with $ 400 worth of things for under $ 200. Yeah, I always double and triple check my receipts for accuracy.
Parking: Is difficult to find on weekends, but still not half as bad as going to Great Mall. Good luck there. Just be patient.
Overall: Albeit, the Great Mall location is closer in proximity to home. I don’t mind driving the extra 10 minutes because the service is so much better, less crowded, more organized and just a more relaxing experience overall.

Got mY world class running 11 year old two pairs of road race shoes that for adults are $ 135 for $ 40 each! Even ordered an extra pair they sent to the store for us at no extra delivery charge! Nike* «Just Do it!».

So happy that they’ve upgraded this plaza with new stores. Love the location, selection and cleanliness of the store BUT.
Nike’s customer service was never really bad or super awesome. My most recent visit started great — less crowded on a random weekday, fitting room staff was extremely helpful… until I got to the cash register. I wanted to get a price-​check on a windbreaker I found in the clearance section. These items are almost NEVER on sale, and of course she tells me it is not. I hesitated for a second and told her I would still take it.
She scans the item and proceeds to grab my 2^nd item (medium support sports bra that were marked $ 19.99 with signs posted EVERYWHERE), then glares at me and says, «You know these are $ 40 right??». I told her about the signs I saw and how I triple-​checked because the bra has a «medium support» tag on it … she begins to yell at me rudely arguing that these items have extra padding and they are considered «high support» so THEY ARE $ 40. REALLY? NO I DID NOT KNOW because your signs says $ 19.99 for medium support bras only. You would think the item’s tag would say high support instead. Judge me all you want, but yes I am in your factory store for a good deal because your sports bras are ridiculously expensive. I don’t HAVE TO wear Nike.
I ended up suggesting to her that they need to update the tags and signs, and walked out without buying anything. They don’t need my business anyway.

This location always gives me absolutely wonderful service. Whether it be greeting me as I walk in, asking if I’m looking for something in particular, asking my curious questions about differences in shoes or asking for recommendations — they always give it their all. Every staff member I’ve come in contact with. I’m not a big athletic shoe person, but just with my experience with this Nike store alone, the second pair of Free’s I bought today (second in the last 3 months) will not be the last! Thank you Nike Westgate.

First time i was there the service wasn’t worth a review, but it seems like in recent times, their customer service have improved dramatically, whether it be a monday afternoon when no one is around, or a saturday afternoon when everyone is around! usually it’s the female service reps that are more friendly, but actually the guys who work there are extremely helpful and very friendly.
found a pair of Jordan XX8 SE for around $ 44 tax included. i don’t know how they do it, but they are doing it at very low prices if you don’t care about being the first ones to own the latest. i love to play basketball and i only care about functionality of the shoe so i don’t need to be the first one to get it. bought a pair of Melo 10s and loved the way it’s designed and made, so i went out and look for a pair of jordan XX8 se because it’s used to compared to the Melo 10s.
besides the shoes, their apparel are reasonable too. bought a few nike dry fit golf polos at 24 a piece. it’s a steal considered how much they originally cost.
but in order to get some treasures from this place you have to visit often… that goes with any factory outlet stores :)

Oh man! I don’t really want to review this place because it’s our favorite Nike store locally. They have a lot of sizes, very clean and organized, and customer service is on point. It’s fairly new, so not a lot of people know about this place yet. I come here often because buying new workout clothes motivate me to work out.
We received a $ 50 MVP pass last year, which we just redeemed yesterday. I bought a jacket, the leggings I’ve been eyeing, and a 49er pro combat long sleeve for my fiancé. We basically got the pro combat for free with our $ 50 pass.
My fiancé bought us a matching air max last year. It’s good to have new shoes for the New Year!

Seeing that San Jose is rapidly expanding, I am very glad that Nike has decided to open another factory store in addition to the Great Mall location.
Although this store is a lot smaller than the Great Mall location, over the past year I have bought most of my Nike shoes and apparel from this location. Many people will complain that this location does not offer as many sales or products but people will also say that of the Great Mall store. Honestly, its just about the timing of when you go that determines if you walk out empty handed or leave with 4 bags worth of merchandise.
This particular store seems to always have a good selection of sizes on everything from shoes, socks, jackets, shorts and pants every time that I check it out. This might be due to its relatively random location in a very small strip mall whereas the other store in Great Mall is probably frequented by hundreds of customers per day.
Recent purchases: Jordan basketball shorts for 19.99 each, Nike Elite basketball socks for $ 5 and Nike Lunar Racer +3 for $ 55 before taxes. All these items were purchased at over 50% off and of course, this was due to the end of the year 30% off the ticketed price. The total amount of my items totaled $ 100 so that qualified me for the MVP $ 25 off $ 50 gift card that I can redeem in January. Wow what a steal.
In the end, if you enter either of the Nike stores in San Jose determined to find something in particular that you want for a low price… you might be disappointed more often than not. These factory stores have random sales and the variety of items vary from week to week so just come with an open mind and just shop. It might be your lucky day and you’ll walk away with over a hundred dollars in savings.
As for the entrance, there is only one that leads in from the parking lot. There is not entrance that leads directly into the mall. Weird I know but I prefer it this way. Less foot traffic and therefore more time and opportunity for me to browse through the selections.
Customer service will fluctuate also with the time of day in addition to it being a holiday or if its the weekend. On all occasions they have been very friendly to me and I’ve never experienced bad customer service. Ask the employees if you absolutely need the assistance and help because I recommend that you try to be independent as possible and try to find all the items you need immediately when you enter… I come into the store like a man possessed in order to grab all the goodies that I want/​need before someone else takes them from me. There has been a few times that someone has snatched a pair of shoes/​jerseys/​shorts etc right before my eyes because they saw it first. In the world of outlet shopping, its dog eat dog. Don’t snooze or you might end up regretting it.

Yay! A Nike Factory close to my house! Now I don’t have to go all the way to the Great Mall Nike Factory store which is always such a zoo.
Good setup of shoes and sizes. Nike Lunar Glides on sale for around $ 70 – 80 when they usually are like $ 120. I feel like this location has more sizes because there’s not as much traffic. There’s no mall entrance which is discouraging. you have to enter from the outside which is not a super big deal. Right now all the 49er NFL clothing is on sale plus an additional 30% off! Makes great Christmas gifts!

I just love going to the NIke factory even when I’m not looking to buy anything. I love NIke products in general so I tend to buy things I don’t always need but want. This store is pretty clean in general and has a good selection. Easy to find parking if you park on the backside of the mall and walk through to get to it.
I haven’t had the need to ask anyone for help yet so I can’t really tell you how the customer service is.

As stores are moving out, it’s nice to have new store moving in. This location use to be Barnes & Nobles.
Came here on grand opening day, was sad there was no grand opening special.
Being a new store, it was well oganize and fully stocked with large selection of women and men’s clothing and shoes.
There was no mall entrance, only from the front. Hopefully this is only temporary. I hope more stores move in to replace Container Store, Fresh Choice, and Hometown Buffet.
