False Advertising!
Drove to this store to have the check engine light checked as a courtesy that their website advertises.
Waited in line for 15mins just to be bluntly told no we don’t offer that service. I pointed the sales guy to their corporate website and he tells me oh we don’t have the equipment. I asked him why the discrepancy and he stares at me blankly. … Haha lesson learnt never to use them again!

Visited this store to pick up a battery for my car. Nice guy helped me choose the correct battery and a perfect tool to use. Went home and installed it with no issues. Car is running back to normal. He also explained that if I brought back the old battery I would get some money back. Core charge I believe it’s called. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone looking for car maintenance.

This used to be a pretty good store but now, terrible.
I went in to purchase a plenum gasket for my car, and the guy behind the counter didn’t know what a plenum was. He had to ask a coworker for help. While we were in the middle of my transaction, a girl came in with what looked like a return or exchange. Without saying a word to me, both of them just walked away from my cash register and went over to help the girl, leaving me standing there to wait. While I was waiting for them to come back I took note of the music that was playing on the radio in the store. It was hip hop which is fine, but this song was laced with profanity and it was just blaring away inside this place of business. I have been a patron of this store for many, many years and like I said, it used to be very good. The staff was always courteous and extremely helpful but in the last year it has gone completely down hill. I have had other negative experiences with this store in the last few months but this review is already getting too long. I don’t know what happened to Autumn, but I miss her!

I walked into our Riley this morning because I needed something to seal the power steering on the O-​rings and the gentleman who assisted me was very nice and knew exactly what I needed. He came out to my car with me to make sure that that was the problem before I made the purchase and even taught me how to siphon my old power steering fluid out of the power steering tank. I think this place without a doubt was the best customer service I’ve had at any auto store. Five star service and knowledge I’m very happy

Worst customer service ever from a so called store manager. I went in a week go and bought like 60 dollars worth of oil and window wash and she was like thank you like I was the customer of the day but go in a few days later to purchase a crazy glue to do a minor repair and because I would not take her suggestion for the 2.60 I spent. She threw the receipt at me and did not thank me and went on to the next Customer. I have been doing guest relations or 28 years and never have I been treated like the gum on the bottom of the shoe. Thanks orielly for reminding me why I quit kragen’s auto parts and will drive 5 miles farther to Autozone for better service.

Cant say im a fan since i rarely buy parts for my own vehicle but today, i was in & out. The clerk helped me find my battery, gave me a list of items that i can take into consideration & even offered to lend me a tool to use in the parking lot if i needed it. Not everyone tries… But it was unexectedly kind and considerate!!! Will be back if anything arises!

This place’s customer service sucks

This place has always been really nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been here for a few things and they always know what I need and have it in stock, One day when I was in trouble with my car randomly breaking down the guys working there gave me some advice and helped me find a mechanic. I am so glad this place is here!

Been using this as my auto store for the past couple years. Mostly good experience until today. Bought a store brand pcv valve for my vehicle. Part# was confirmed by online catalog as well as store employee. Long story short, part doesn’t fit my car. Manager refused to refund because it’s not in «resellable condition.» Will not come back again.
