A big shout out to the knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff there! Years ago my battery died and they helped me when the store was actually closing for the day. Weeks ago they patiently replaced the battery of my car key, which was in very bad shape and they needed special tool to pry it open. Thanks!

I locked my keys in my car and I called ahead and ask if they have something that could help me get my keys they said yes. I went in, was not greeted, they stared at me while I looked and no one offered me help. I told them that I just called and they said they had what I was looking for and then I was told they didn’t carry it and it was illegal and only tow truck drivers have them. Why didn’t they just tell me that over the phone?! What a waste of time never ever going back to this location. Horrible customer service and lack of product knowledge.
The customer parking area was littered with debris and look ghetto. There is graffiti on the windows that no one even attempted to erase.

Came here quick to get some air filters. Got it within a couple minutes.
While I was waiting, I was looking at their policy and it was actually pretty great. If you purchase something and it shows a different price, they will adjust it and give you a discount because of it.

I went in for a simple tire patch for one tire that was leaking air very slowly. I was told the tires could not be patched and that I would have to get a new tire to which the woman started to check my other tires without asking which were in perfect working order. I hate people that just try to sell you something you don’t need. Needless to say I went to the shell station just up the road on The Alameda and they plugged it right away for $ 15.

They have a great selection of auto parts here, but it’s the employees who were more than stellar. I stopped in to get new headlights for my car. Not only did they help me find the right bulb, but they also spent a good bit of time helping me get the stubborn burnt-​out bulb out of my car.

Be careful, they short changed me $ 10 and the worker pocketed it. Always check your change before leaving.

I’m not sure if they would have helped me out but it was clean. No greeting upon entry.

I stopped in to purchase a headlight for my 1998 Lexus. Being completely clueless when it comes to anything mechanical, I offered to pay, more than once, to replace the light. They insisted they it was no charge. I ask you, where do you find customer service like that?
I will never shop for car parts anywhere else.

This review was prompted by the awesome service I received from Eric. He takes customer service as seriously as Nordstrom’s and left me appreciating the value and quality of O’Reilly.
O’Reilly has consistently offered me good quality goods and services and I’ve been coming to this place since it was Kragen and it’s always been the place to go for my auto needs.

Not the best for customer service. I came in as a favor for my boyfriend. He was mid oil change when he noticed a difference between the oil filters being used. I came into the store with the actual oil filter from the truck and the oil filter that was purchased from the store. After looking in the computer it appeared that the filter purchased should have matched. But a closer look showed that the rubber was different size.
So I said I would call and see if he wanted to keep the one he bought or get a new one. So the rude guy abruptly told the guy helping me «Ugh, he’s probably going to want to get a different one. Just go find it.»
Anyway, the actual guy looking things up and running around looking for the filters was nice. However the other guy bossing him around was not pleasant… At all. I should have gotten his name, but I didn’t. After discussing the difference in rubber he simply said «It’s the same thing. I measured it with my fingers. I might sound like a dick but either you can try it or I can give you your money back and you can go somewhere else.»
I left the store without saying anything as I don’t necessarily want to argue customer service with a car parts store worker.
I think I’ll be going elsewhere in the future. 2 stars simply because the guy ACTUALLY helping me was pleasant and seemed embarrassed at the rude nature of his co-​worker.

The customer service here is rockstar level. All the folks are super helpful. They offer to help and then implement with a really good attitude. They go above and beyond and don’t make me feel like a silly chic who knows nothing about cars.
Today I was going to buy a new battery and they offered to check it first. Out in the parking lot, a guy from the garage helped me take the battery out — he didn’t have to do that and it took longer than it should have. Then they checked the battery, it worked fine and off I went. No sales were made, they just helped me save money by not buying a new battery unnecessarily. That earns trust.
This has been my experience every time I go there. Good group of folks working there with great attitudes.

They helped me find everything I needed, offered advice and were very professional and nice. I left my phone on the counter and they brought it out to me.

Everyone her was so nice an attentive to me. I was acknowledged as soon as I came I the door. I mentioned that I was having trouble replacing my front headlights and the clerk went out to the parking lot and did it for me in less then 10 mins! Great service & they went above and beyond what I expected :)

Called ahead of time to check if this store carried JBWeld. They do. When I went in about 1 hour later the gentleman behind the desk (I regret not know his name) immediately recalled the phone call and also showed me the wall where there was a large selection of JBWeld and other expoxy type products. I will continue to visit this location when ever I need parts/​items for my car/​bike. Thank you for your great service!

Awesome experience, really nice and helpful guys.
I have been to this place 4 – 5 times and frankly speaking for small small fixes. like nail in tire removal or oil changes. They are really good and professional. one time they could have made good business out of me by suggesting me to replace tire like other shops. But they gave wise suggestion to just add a adhesive and my tires are working fine for more then over a year now.
For any small issues or concerns I go to this guys and most importantly they do it for free and with smiling face.

I had a great experience at this place.
I walk in the store Michael was busy with customer, I had some question about the part for my car Tony jump right on computer and help me find the right size & best price also Rudy was very helpful to find the other parts at the right fit size.
At the end I did purchase windshield wipers but I couldn’t put them on so I walk back inside and Michael ask me if I need help to put them on, he came and put them on less than a min & fits perfect.
I highly recommend this place!
