I had Victoria as our amazing nail tech! I have twin girls who love to be pampered so as a birthday treat for me we all got manicures and I got a pedicure. Not sure why I ever went in to a salon. She had all clean tools and everything we needed for a perfect experience. The pedicure was nice and comfortable loved all the products she used they smelt and felt amazing. I have not so amazing nails so she really made them 100 times better. There was no wait time and I was able to multi task while we were getting our nails done. Such an easy process to get everything scheduled and booked. Paying through the app makes the payment easy. You can also tip through the app I tipped cash but it really makes it great for the times you don’t have cash!
Long story short we loved every minute of it. Victoria was so sweet, fun and friendly it was super comfortable and loved having her in our home!
We will be repeat customers.

I needed an appointment for myself and my daughter and our regular nail salon was unable to fit us in before the weekend. I found Pamper on Unilocal and decided to give them a call. I expected their prices to be in the high range since it was an in home service. To my surprise, it was just about the same as I usually pay in the nail salon.
Mel was extremely helpful over the phone. She explained how everything worked and I was eager to give it a try. I downloaded the app and made an appointment for myself and my daughter in less than 5 minutes! I received a confirmation with the name & photo of my tech and even a link to her instagram so I could check out her work!
Victoria arrived at my home and instantly, I felt as if we had known each other forever. She did an immaculate job on my gel mani and pedi with beautiful Swarovski crystals. A HUGE plus, she took just as much time and attention to detail on my 11 year old daughter! I’ve had experiences in the past where my child’s services aren’t taken as seriously as mine. that was a big deal in my book! She took her time and made sure our services were enjoyable. She was very polite and professional. I can’t WAIT to book with Pamper again. Nothing like getting a mani/​pedi in the comfort of your own home and at YOUR convenience! Thank you Victoria!

The first time we used this service, it was great! The technicians were great, they accommodated our group size… it was wonderful. So of course, this was our new go to! My friend and I booked (separately, so that we could each pay for our own) for today at 6:30 at her house. I’m pretty easy going, and am fine with changes, etc… but today, after all the pieces have come together… I’m a little frustrated and feel I was treated unfairly. After reading the other reviews… I only see one other negative review, and the response from Pamper was to ban him from future services… I hope that isn’t the case with me for reaching out, because the service is actually quite nice when it works out.
They were having scheduling issues, so they called to reschedule my friend at 3:30…which works for her because she is home with her kids, not for me, because I am at work until 5. My friend called to explain the situation a bit more… that I have an appointment separately booked at the same location and time so we can do it together… initially they try to figure out if they can fit us both in since we have no add ons, but decide they’ll just call me. A woman calls me to reschedule my appointment… for 8pm… I tell her that won’t work, because by then my friend will be putting her kids to sleep and I don’t want the technician or my friends family to feel awkward,…plus…that’s sending two or one tecnicians to the same place in one day, that seems silly to me… so I’ll just cancel mine. No big deal… it’s just a manicure. It was a bit frustrating, but I got over it. I did feel it was a little odd for the person I talked to not to reassure me that my credit card charge would be refunded, to call them if there’s any problems, etc… but I just figured, they’re probably pretty frazzled with this scheduling thing, so some textbook customer service protocol goes out the window. But then… my friend tells me that they offered her 10 percent off her services since she had to reschedule. They offered me NOTHING and I am not even able to get my service! I am frustrated because I was very polite and understanding on the phone, even though they couldn’t accommodate me… and their customer service team just said «I’m sorry we can’t accommodate you, hopefully next time we can get you guys scheduled together, have a great day, goodbye». This response would’ve been completely satisfactory, until I realize that wasn’t the response across the board to everyone effected by today’s scheduling conflict. I’m disappointed and a little hesitant to use the scheduling app, especially within 24 hours of an appointment… it seems like some glitches still need to be worked out with the app, scheduling times offered online matching up with scheduling in real time.

Had my first home nail experience, it was pretty awesome, being able to relax and stay at home and get pampered. Victoria was amazing and kind and i will definitely be calling when I need a fill.

pamper is an amazing service… love that I was able to get my manicure in my own home. Recommend it to all the busy moms and women

I almost never get my nails (maybe once a year at most) BUT this was awesome. I ordered a basic manicure in the reds category with Rachel. I am pretty inexperienced with manicures and I am used to my nails chipping within a day or two BUT I loved the massage and small talk AND most importantly it’s been 10 days and my nails have hardly chipped. I got complimented just last night in fact! I was more comfortable with one esthetician coming to my house than having to go to a salon. The app was easy to navigate and very professional. It was comforting to see a picture of my manicurist before she arrived so I could see who I was letting into my house.
For someone like me, who doesn’t own any nail polish, it was an great treat!

Amazing… pamper really pampered their costumers really well. I loved their designs and it was so convenient. Victoria was a really good nail tech. I love what she did with my nails… I’d definitely call again and again for an apppoinment, and will give six stars if I could. I will refer them with my families and friends as well. keep it up guys.

Had my first in home pedicure through pamper today and it was super convenient and pretty good! Victoria came on time, setup in a few minutes and gave me a really nice, spa quality pedicure at home. So convenient! I’m definitely doing this again!

First Google Express, now this? Spa quality manicure brought to me? LOVE! This was an AMAZING experience. Rachel came to my home on time, with all her gear and lots of gel colors from which to choose. She’s awesome, talented and will give you the best gel manicure ever… it will be two weeks tomorrow and my nails still look great!!!

Service was amazing. Technician was extremely professional. On time. Organized. Helpful. Picked out a super unique limited edition polish color I love. I enjoyed the fact that she didn’t talk much I didn’t have to avoid the awkward banter that comes with hair and nail appointments. I will definately use them again. I’ve been on the search for a good nail technician for years. I’ve been so countless salons and finally found something I liked. Highly recommend. And priced very competitively. Wendy did a terrific job.

I’m a professional mural painter and was recently in San Jose on business. My hands get so messed up painting my lady suggested I use the Pamper service. Well, I cant say enough good things about this app service! Prompt, on time and friendly. The manicurist messaged my hands really well and it was relaxing to say the least. She proceeded on with the manicure and the results were amazing. My hands have never felt better. I suggest that any man that uses his hands for work everyday should try this, its the perfect thing for busy people. At home manicure on demand?, yes ill take that… thank you Pamper!

Pamper is a great concept and after my first manicure, I can say it’s also well executed. Oxana came to my apartment this evening and provided a great basic manicure for me. She was on time, brought all the necessary supplies, and was very friendly and fun. It really is cool to get a manicure in the comfort of your own home, on your own schedule. It sounds like it’s a good arrangement for the technicians as well, as they get some flexibility in their schedule too. Sounds like a win/​win to me. Everyone should try this service. Through the Pamper app, I booked an appointment. Victoria came to my home the following evening. It was like having a friend paint my nails. She told me the story of the founder of Pamper. Pretty cool idea; the founder used to regularly get pedicures with her gay friend. He always went for bright purple toe nail polish with glitter. The ladies at traditional nail salons would balk and talk in their native languages to each other about him. It was always an awkward experience. She said, «You know what? Let’s have the nail salon come to us instead. That way it will be in the privacy of our own homes, sans the attitude.»
It is literally a full service shellac manicure service in the privacy of your own home. All of the upside of a high end salon experience without any of the judgements.
Victoria made me super comfortable and the shellac manicure looks great. You can’t go wrong, book now and try it out for yourself!

How awesome is this?!? I love a weekly mani /​pedi, and now I don’t even have to leave the house to get it. I’m really impressed with this service. My technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did a great job. I will be using this service again

Ok first experience really was awesome, last four have been absolutely horrible. Every time I have booked I received a confirmation. Then right before the appointment time I get a text or call saying oops sorry can’t make the appointment for one reason or another. After the first time, which was urgently needed because my wife had an important meeting the next day, we decided maybe was a fluke. Happened again and again and again. Rather than immediately saying sorry can’t send someone out we make plans around having pamper show up. I talked to them and at least the girl was very apologetic and gave me a credit for future use. I HAVE NOW TRIED TO USE IT THREE TIMES UNSUCCESSFULLY!!! Save the grief and just go to a brick and mortar salon, these guys need to figure it out and get efficient. They have now officially lost me as a customer after a third and fourth chance we are done!

After my first review in April, Vivian, the owner of this business, immediately reached out to me and addressed my concerns and experience. She was very friendly and interested in my opinion, and suggested that I give her business another shot to deliver the «pamper”-ing experience.
After having conversations with Vivian, I requested to book an appointment for a gel mani and the moji-​toe pedi soak with another manicurist. She scheduled my appointment to accommodate the date and time, and told me she assigned one of her top manicurists for my treatment. I was very pleased with how Vivian handled this whole transaction.
My manicurist was Kat and she was on time, but I was stuck in traffic and was about 7mins late. She was waited and tried reaching out to Vivian and didn’t leave immediately. Admittedly this was my fault, I scheduled a 9:30pm appointment but got stuck in traffic but it was good to know that Kat was patient.
Kat is a very bubbly and friendly girl, she is easy to approach and talk to. She has over 7 years of experience in the nail industry. You can tell she definitely knowledgeable in what she does.
She started me with my soak and a sugar scrub, which was VERY pleasant. She was very gentle with the pumice on my heels, and the ingredients she was using smelled delightful. After my soak, she asked what I would like and I told her French tips. Kat trimmed and shaped my toenails then free handed my French tips. It was perfectly even and the perfect thickness. She was quick and had a very sturdy hand.
Once the my toes were painted, she moved onto my gel mani. I picked a glittery red/​magenta color. She painted from my cuticle to the tip of my nails. I have short nails and she made them look nice.
I’m very glad that I gave pamper another shot, because this time around I felt very relaxed and pampered. On top of that, Vivian took some of my suggestions into consideration such as the tools. The LED lamp to cure the gel is bigger and faster than the one they first used on me during my first experienced. I would recommend this service and definitely recommend Kat. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact Vivian because she’s a great listener! I will be scheduling another appointment when I’m around the San Jose area –please note that they are slowly expanding to east bay and San Francisco. Don’t forget to check in if its your first time, you will receive a $ 15 off bonus. They are working on providing cheaper options for basic mani and pedi, but current prices are reasonable for delivering comfort, fresh mani and pedi, and their time and gas mileage is incorporated in the overall price.

Just got my first ever pamper mani yesterday and I loved it!
It’s so convenient to have a mani at home. The tools used were exactly the same as a real salon — everything was in a sterile clean package. And the nails came out the same as going to a salon too! I look forward to trying out their acrylics next! And I can totally see myself or any other bride to be ordering this before her wedding day for bride and bridesmaids to get pampered while at the comfort of home and sipping champagne. :)
Try out pamper you will love it!

Ordered one of these for my girlfriend. Her usual place closes after work and she had a big presentation the next day, so I experimented on her by ordering one of these «On demand» manicures and she LOVED IT.
The lady came that night with all the materials, was super cool and nice, and my gfs nails are incredible. I didn’t know anything about nails, but I really really didn’t know that nail art was such a big deal. It’s contained, easy, personal, and available on your schedule.
I don’t go to salons much, but why bother? This was such a cool service, I might even start getting ‘em!

I recently ordered a manicure through the pamper app. It was a wonderful experience, the lady who came by was on time and did a wonderful job. It was great to not have to wait in a salon and have the service come to me. I will defiantly be using them again, a five star service all around. Thank you Pamper.
