The people at Panda Express were really nice but when they gave me my food it was just wow. Only a few pieces of orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. They also gave me too much rice.

Came to this place on Friday night, 15 min before closing time. I was not last customer there, there were 2 more behind me, but i felt staff was already in the mood of closing, I asked for noodles for which they replied that kitchen is getting close, I was like I need 3 large boxes of it n kitchen is not suppose to close till 10, customer behind me also asked same, but to our surprise they refused n I left without taking anything from there. Very very bad customer service.

This place has the worst management I have ever seen .we order food for my work at least twice a week from these guys… last week when we got our order back to the office we realized they gave us someone else order that was completely different than what we ordered … After calling & asking for a manager… he said he would make it right next time when we order & he give us 2 free entrees for the 2 orders they mixed up I took his name & gave him mine. . Today when we went there the manager Juan… very very disrespectful! !! Told me I don’t remember & if u want next time go somewhere else Wow … PANDAEXPRESS should not have employees that doesn’t understand how to treat there customer & huge lack of customer service I will be contacting panda express corporate office

I have to give a 0 star on the worst service I have ever experienced at Panda Express Steven Creek location. We placed order for a school event delivery last Friday, paid and confirmed the order for 6:45pm delivery on Monday. When I called at 6:37pm to check the delivery status, I was told that they forgot the order, nothing has been prepared. I was shocked beyond belief. The worst thing is that from the manager to who answered the phone call, no one feel sorry about this. For any business to succeed, this is definitely not the right approach!

OK yes they do give you small portions compared to other Panda Express . Even then I kept coming back because its close to work, well after yesterday I am not. They don’t ever keep their items fresh they literally start cooking the next pot until they are down to like 3 string beans. So you will find yourself waiting for your items 15 mins +. The guy working the front yesterday was something else omg. He was serving the plates and taking cash and charging people at the register with the same hands(never did he was them) he walks to the stove and dips his unwashed hands into the veggies and started cooking?! wtf this was after he was leaning on the wall with his HANDS! I get it he was busy and short staffed but mannnnn dont do that you know you just contaminated the food. None of the cooks were wearing gloves and never washed their hands in the middle of getting stuff from the back and being on grill.

Why us any panda express less than five stars when orange chicken is in the menu? You know things are cooked up fresh because you see the team slaving on the stove with the fire always flaring up. The order process us quick and easy so you can get t your seat and start enjoying lunch.

Had a horrible experience with over priced food for a ridiculously small portion by the server Melissa and when I said something to the cashier Estefani was very rude.

This place is very mediocre, if not less than average. It is not very good. They over supply that rice and then undersupply the actual meat, which is the best thing there. Speaking of things, everything tastes so sweet there which is a piss off cause when I order something that should be salty it’s sweet. Also they do not have Coke I am pretty sure which is uncool.

My experience at this location can be pretty hit and miss, but tonight was great. Jae and Jon were super polite and provided great customer service. Food was fresh and portions were fat. Thanks guys.

This is ridiculous, small portion and high prices . I’ve noticed this at many Panda Expresses . I now try to find mom & pop Chinese lunch specials. I have to say there is a great mom & pop place on El Camino called, Woks On Express great food and portions.

Keeping this short and sweet: just don’t go. I’m posting this review a bit late, but had the unfortunate experience of being«served» by someone named Skyler who, at 8:35 pm said to me, «Sorry, I’m in a bit of a mood» and slammed the fried noodles into place after telling me there was no fried rice. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. I’m grateful only because I went to Chicken Wow instead and LOVED it.

So came here the other day wIt the fam bam, it was a very rainy day so panda sounded perfect! The line was pretty long, but, can’t blame them for everyone else wanting some yummy food too They had mixed up our order and i felt bad coming up to get it corrected and also to see if I could return a panda plush toy I just purchased, bu f2f my daughter said she didn’t want it, and i was already tight on mkney, but thsy fixed our order and returned the toy without making me feel bad or without giving me any sense of annoyment or irritation. So thank you panda express. You guys rock, thank you for fixing my order.

Feeling annoyed. Tell me if I’m wrong… by Panda asking everyone to donate their change to the Panda Expresses Charitable Foundation, they get an IRS tax exempt status. So by hounding each customer to give up their change they are basically getting you to pay their taxes for them so to speak. In other words you give them money, they donate money to non profits, they get charitable foundation status and they don’t pay their fair share of taxes. Same as Safeway.

I’ve never made a Unilocal review, but after eating here I just felt like I had to. Literally ate here an hour ago… ordered fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, and orange chicken. Finished my food and went home then BOOM! threw up all my food, had diarrhea, and now I’m laying in bed with goosebumps and shivers. Feels like food poisoning… be careful eating here.

This place is really close to work and it’s fast food to go when you only have 30mins for lunch. Conveniently located in a place filled with other restaurants and Starbucks. Parking is a lot. They do get busy around lunch time which is why I come after 130p to beat the crowd and when I head back to work, I only got a few hours left. Kungpao chicken: not like how my mom makes hers but it’ll work. Very spicy with huge chunks of red chili. Mushroom chicken: this one is my face and go to entrée. It has protein and veggies… How could one go wrong with that Orange chicken: another one of my fave even though this dish was invented in America. There’s no such thing as orange chicken in China. Service is always fast. Portion really depends on who serves you.

It’s funny how there’s always plenty of spacious dining space at panda express, but most people order take-out. I feel like over the past years, their portions are getting smaller and food quality has declined, though it may be my palate becoming more refined as I age. Their most popular item, orange chicken has gotten pretty dry and sticky. I actually remember it being a lost more moist when I came before. Their fried rice/chow mein are pretty standard. It’s nice that it’s not as oily as a lot of other chinese places. I also usually like their beijing beef, but again like their orange chicken, it’s becoming dry and sticky. Maybe I’m just getting the older batches. They’ve switched out square food pans/trays to circular ones. Not sure why they did that. it’s less efficient, but maybe for aesthetics? Speaking about inefficiency, I think it’s funny how when you line up and are ready to give your order, It’s at the end of the food bar where the sides are, and all the entrees are at the other side. They ask you what sides and entrees you want, but how can newer customers know what entrees they want if they aren’t in a position to see the options? They kinda have to wander further into the line, then think for a bit to decide, then give their order. When this happens, the associates usually get impatient and take the order of the next person in line and comes back to the previous customer. Kind of a strange set up. It’s nice that they always ask if customers want to try samples, but that also contributes to the hold up. I think you can always take customer satisfaction surveys for free 3rd entrée with a 2 item entrée purchase. Long lines slow satff This place is more like 2.5 stars; 3 stars is solid in my Unilocal book, but this panda location doesn’t quite achieve that.

My stars are based strictly by the appearance within the dining area. When we got here after the 4 o’clock hour. This what I have observed. 1. Trash overflowing and hasn’t been cleared for quite sometime. 2. Floors has not been swept or mopped. Especially by drink area. It is sticky. 3. Each table area is messy underneath and some needs to be wiped down cleanly. 4. Du**e who serves the Chow Mein and Rice needs to be in another position. She cannot handle rush hour as was this case 5. Leader in Blue needs to direct and bark orders. Too nice if you ask me. Why is he all over the place? Just noticed he is now sweeping. 6. Check your fountain drink levels. Some were empty and needs to be replaced. Rasbeery and Tea empty. That is it and based on my observations. Food is still good.
