This was the thinking that led our founder, Pete Bucter, to create Pay ‘n Time HR Services, a software as a service company that streamlines payroll, timekeeping and human resource tasks. Pay ‘n Time HR was launched to formally incorporate our Payroll and Timekeeping services into the world of Human Capital Management. Pete’s background as an MBA in Accounting, and 16 years of experience managing people and technology solutions in the high-tech world have been central to our growth and ability to provide excellent service for our small and mid-sized clients.
