I gifted flowers/​succulent arrangements twice with this company. The recipients were sooooo happy! They took selfies and showed me how gorgeous their gifts were. I’m very thankful for their easy to use website and highly recoommend using them.

This place was such a great find! My coworker referred me after they sent a beautiful Get Well flower arrangement to her mom. I was planning a dinner party for work and I wasn’t impressed with the florist I had been referred to. My coworker showed me photos of the arrangement she ordered and I knew Petals & Twine would be perfect. I emailed the store and got a response back right away. I specified my wish list for the centerpieces and they turned out way better than I could have imagined. They were absolutely perfect for the dinner party venue and I got a ton of compliments. Thank you Petals & Twine for helping make my party a success! I will definitely be referring you and using you again in the future :)

Petals & Twine is my new go to place for flowers here in the SJ Area! Everything from the way the vibrant flowers are arranged, to the sisters of Petals & Twine using local CA grown flowers to support CA and reduce the carbon footprint, to the easy, accessibility of their site makes my buying/​receiving experience from them that much more enjoyable! I have purchased twice from them, and both times, they’ve exceeded my expectations. The flower arrangements are not the typical ones you see. They have a very unique touch and a good eye for putting together the flowers in a such a way that every time you look at the arrangement, you just can’t help but smile =) I also am the type of person who takes forever when it comes to writing a personal message, so when I saw that they have an option for you to have them provide a message, I couldn’t be happier! All in all, I am very happy with the flowers and service, and will continue to come back to them for my flower needs.

I ordered some flowers for my boyfriend’s sister’s 30^th birthday and Petals & Twine did not disappoint! The flower arrangement were beautiful and the flowers were so vibrant! It also didn’t hurt that the flowers came in a cute mason jar! Birthday girl told me that she’s not a fan of flowers, but she absolutely LOVED her birthday flowers! Ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend’s mom and it certainly out dazzled the other flowers she received. The arrangement was full of color and the unique display and variety of fresh flowers drew a lot of attention.
Their website and order process is quick and to the point. I am not good with personalized messages so the option for Petals & Twine to select a message that fits the occasion was a huge thumbs up!

I love to order flowers to thank the people in my life for being there. That being said, I am one of those horrible people who are always busy with work or some other activity and I prefer being able to just sit at my desk and click to order my flowers.
Whenever I used the major online outlets, I notice that the flowers don’t have THAT touch of care and thought. I’ve order twice with Petals and Twine now, so let me tell you why I think their model ROCKS.
1) Ease. I just sit at my desk and input a few details. Too lazy to write my own note? They got you covered. I’ve ordered twice directly from my computer without having to move a finger.
2) Free of Choices. I don’t need to fret over a gazillion types of flowers, I just know that I’ll be getting the best of whatever is available. It’s like going to a nice sushi restaurant and getting the omakase menu — I trust them and they’ve delivered on that trust with such a unique and lovely arrangement.
3) Local. It’s local and they use local flowers, meaning less carbon footprint and supporting CA’s economy. Beautiful flowers with social benefits.
You will need to plan a little ahead if you want to use them as they deliver on Mondays and Wednesdays only. But put in that little effort to remember early and you and your loved ones absolutely won’t be disappointed. My mentor said my flowers brought tears to her eyes. Now that’s the type of response you want when you send flowers.

When I heard of Petals & Twine, I immediately checked them out since Mother’s Day was around the corner. It’s great to know that the 2 sisters are local Bay Area florists and their passion in supporting Cal-​grown flowers. The flowers from their photos portfolio are amazing, so I had no doubt, but to order from them. I put in 3 orders for Mother’s Day delivery. One for my sister, one for my mom, and one for my BF’s motherboard. Even though the Company only delivers on Mon & Weds, I emailed them to make an exception to deliver the flowers on Friday and Saturday. I immediately got a response back from them saying that they are able to accommodate my request without any hassle. The day of the delivery, I was able to get a text from the sisters that the flowers have been delivered and a picture of the result. Their service offers personalized touch and shows their professionalism at the same time.
Petals & Twine will be my go to for future flowers order.

This is my first review ever on Unilocal and this honor goes out to the best florist in San Jose: Petals and Twine. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. Delivery was on time. Customer service and the online form was easy to fill out. Most importantly my mom loved loved her flowers! My only complaint is that I just wish they were able to deliver where I live in So Cal!

Very original and beautiful arrangements. Definitely not something you would see at a typical florist. The flowers are fresh and fragrant, surely eye catching. They come with a cute little message tied to the vase as well. A great way to brighten someones day!

Love this florist! They have really beautiful and unique arrangements. I love that the flowers they use are so different from the stuffy arrangements I’ve normally ordered from other florists. They even use american-​made mason jars as vases and wrap a ribbon around it with a quote! Little touches that make a big difference. And a huge plus is that 80% of the flowers they use are grown locally and they don’t use any preservatives, the flowers are always fresh!!! The only downside is that they only do deliveries on Mondays and Wednesdays, but I’m sure as they grow they’ll add more delivery days.

I was surprised with such beautiful flowers from my friends that smelled so lovely for my birthday. The flowers were sent to my workplace and let me tell you, all my coworkers loved it! They would walk by and say things like «those flowers add color to your cube» and «Wow, they smell wonderful.» I immediately directed them to

I took a look at their Instagram, @petalsandtwine, and each picture they posted of their arrangements looks so vibrant and gorgeous.
I received these flowers on Monday, April 21^st and til this day (Tuesday, ⁴⁄₃₀) my arrangement is still full of life… all but one peony (the yellow one), but that’s only because peonies are delicate. I also replaced the water every 2 days so that they stay fresh.
