Plumbing Tech and Repipe

Update: The irrigation issue was corrected. Forgot the hose bib. Had to come back for that because the front office didn’t tell the service team what they were coming for (!!!). Meanwhile, kitchen faucet started leaking randomly. Kid who came back for hose bib didn’t see a leak so he left without doing anything. And could not communicate with me because he didn’t speak English.
I have now filed a complaint with BBB.

I definitely would not recommend this company. We contracted with this company to do a repiping job and replacement of sewer line and drains. Sergio, the owner, appeared on the first day. He was very friendly and made many promises about how the job would be done and when it would be completed. We were told it would take about 2 days for the work and up to a week for inspection. After the first day, we never heard from Sergio again. He never supervised his workers, did not show up for any inspections and did not return a single call that was made to his cell phone. Inspection failed on 3 occasions due to work not properly done. Framing in the garage that Sergio promised to do was not done and I had to hire another contractor to do that job. What should have taken between 3 days and a week, was not completed for 9 weeks. A good portion of the lawn area was destroyed because it was covered in dirt the entire 9 weeks.

Irresponsibly over cut important building support structures, acoustic ceilings, and didn’t repair them. Now bathroom and second floor become noisy, and windows and doors can’t close smoothly. Walls start cracking. Recently we found out vent duct in claw space are disconnected by them without putting back or told us.

Horrible service. They left big holes in the wall of the backyard and frontyard which we did not notice earlier. This led to disgusting insects such as cockroaches and spiders come right into our house. We got this done 3 months ago and we are still struggling to get rid of insects. They took 1 month to complete the work which they said they will complete in 3 days. They simply vanished after opening our pipes and didn’t come back until we told them that we are going to call BBB. Please don’t call this plumbing service!!! and save your money and time.
