Pom Hair Salon

Came back for another haircut today only to find that its now a Thai massage place. No sign of POM Hair Salon. Website seems to be gone too.

This is a terrible business. I called so many times and they never pick up the phone. They cant afford to have someone picking up the phone? If they think they dont need customers, then they should close the business. The barber was good but I don’t recommend the customer service. Close the business or get a receptionist.

Very happy with Marisa’s haircut! She is such a low-​key professional who charges reasonably.

Unfriendly staff. I didn’t have an appointment, but their page says walk-​ins are welcome. Tip to hair salon service providers: Please don’t mention you accept walk-​ins if you can’t accomodate.

My hair was in a sad state so I popped in for a trim. They took their time cutting my hair and it came out great! I’ll definitely return.

I found this place through Unilocal.The haircut starts off with a nice hair wash and head massage. Something you don’t get everywhere! Last time they washed my hair after the haircut, which was really nice since I didn’t have to go home to take a shower after the haircut. The barber is very attentive. I was the only customer there on a weekend and while was getting my haircut, a new customer walked in. I figured I was nearing the end of my haircut, so I was a little worried that my barber would rush it and get to her next customer. She didn’t. She actually spent the next ten minutes diligently applying finishing touches to the haircut. Then as she got to the end of the haircut, she said «you want to wash your hair?»
A+ will be going back.

This place is a real deal. You get great haircut, wash and massage in very reasonable price. Marisa is always friendly. I have always got great hair cut from her. I brought my girlfriends here and they were really happy how their hair turned out. Love this place.

I highly recommend and will definitely return. I got a great cut and style for a great price. The stylist was very attentive and gave me some great advice on caring for my hair. Loved it!

I always get my hair cut and styling done at Pom hair salon for the past year and half. Ning or Marisa is very detailed, really listen what you needed and take her time on doing hair (When it comes to hair I’m a picky one;)
The salons is nice, clean, lot of space and high ceiling which make you feel very comfortable. This place is recommended if you wanted to get your hair done right…

No more words to say. I got what I want both hair style and color!!! She gave me what I need it. Moreover, its not that too expensive.

Let’s start with some adjective words rating: awesome, great, excellent, friendly and amazing!
Ning is extremely experienced with her profession. On top of that she is extremely friendly and very careful during the hair cut process. The different of this place compare to the other places i used to go is that it is very calm. The other places i used to go to will rush people in and rush you out in 15 mins.
I have been with Ning for 5 months and i am satisfied in each visit. Now we are more than just a hair stylist and customer… We have became friend after a while.
I will rated this based on her professionalism and how she deal with her customers while i was there waiting for my appointment.

I’m glad I came in on a fluke, Marisa? I think that’s her name is the owner and she’s very gentle and friendly. She mostly specializes in hair cuts but she also does pedi, that’s what I came in for. I would come back but would make an appointment first because I can see she will become busy since I was told that her clients from her past
salon is following her to her new and own business. I like that she takes her time and listen to your request and honors them.

I am a lurker in Unilocal,but this place was so good I decided to write my first review.
I walked in to the store without making a reservation. The place is nice, just what you would expect in a neighborhood hair salon. I was greeted warmly and was asked to wait for a couple minutes (which was fine).
The lady who cut my hair did a great job. She washed my hair, did the haircut, massaged my head — this is all included. I loved it! Best haircut I have ever gotten (is that proper english?)!! She charged me $ 14, I gave her a $ 20. Totally worth every penny.
I will be back — great experience!

I love my hair dresser, she pays attention to every details.
