Pro Choice Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job :) Josh really went above and beyond and gave great customer service. He was also very punctual and left my carpet looking impeccable. I would recommend Pro Choice to friends and family. ^-^

Update: after 1÷15÷16 visit:
The appointment was set for between 11am and 12noon but still no show so I called at 12:35pm. I was told I would get a call back which I did at 12:53pm and was told the tech who originally cleaned the carpets would be there in 20 mins.
Arash, he tech who originally cleaned the carpets showed up and I pointed out the areas that needed to be done. He went on to tell me the tenants still had the furniture and stuff all over the floor which was not true as I had peeked into the house and noticed all the furniture were already out of the house the week of Dec 21^st when the containers were delivered for the move. I saw the furniture stacked in the containers myself. Nonetheless, it was not worth arguing with him as I needed him to redo certain areas. Some of the areas I pointed out to him, along the edges where the carpet met the tile floor came out much cleaner but several of the other stained areas were missed. He said that it would cost an additional $ 150 to clean corners of the room as the dust settles in the corner of the room from heating vents, sorry I do not have vents in the house as I have radiant heating on the floor in the concrete slab and they do not extend to the corners of the room. If it was dust, they can be vacuumed.
Before he left, Arash offered to match my regular carpet cleaner’s price if I remove this review. Sorry, I will not be bought. What good are reviews if they can be bought? And, why would I go to them to get a price match when I get better cleaning and service from my regular carpet cleaners without me having to get them to do a redo or negotiating on the price, plus they clean corners and edges without the additional $ 150 charge? I also got a text message from Arash to update my review on a Saturday, sorry I do not want to bugged by text messages, and especially on a weekend. If only they were that conscientious about their service, both in delivering the actual cleaning service and follow through on appointments and customer service on the phone… thus minus a star

First, they were selected by my tenant as they said they could come on a weekend day then they called at the very last minute to reschedule to Monday, the day my tenants were due to fly and relocate their family. When we did a walkthrough upon my tenants’ return to do a walkthrough, there were areas that were missed and also the corners were dirtier than before the cleaning.
I called to schedule a redo for between 10am and 11am on Jan 13^th and was told the tech would call ½ hour before so I could meet him them. On Jan 13^th, I did not receive a call so I called the owner @ 9:37am as it takes me 20 minutes to get to the house and the owner (Mordi? spelling?) insisted that the tech told him that I was contacted and was told by the tech that he would be there between 10am and 11am. As I was rushing out of the house, I received another call at 9:51am that they cannot come as they need to take care of their other customers. Sorry, but my tenant paid $ 271 for a very small house, the total square footage for the carpeted area is less than 900 sq. feet. He said to do corners of the room is an additional $ 150 because when you turn on the heat, the dirt is blown to the corners??? This is not the first time I have had my carpets cleaned, I had it done for less and had much more excellent results and yes they cleaned the corners as well.
The caller also said that «we do not clean corners as it would damage the baseboard», really??? What a way to drive away repeat business, do not take care of redo customers and do not clean corners. Anyway, they are rescheduled to come back to show up between 11am and noon on Friday, Oct 15^th. I deducted one more star because of their price and attitude. Will update accordingly after their second visit.

Pro choice carpet cleaning IS the PRO choice of carpet cleaning. It was the end of the lease and my carpets were stained from 4 years of post college life. Stains ranged from wine, dog feces, blood, and any kind of liquids that stain carpets. I was about to head to safeway to use their carpet cleaning machine, but thought hey! Why not have someone else do the work for me? The guy is a really cool guy too. Forgot the name but i know it starts with an A. Adam? Arbys? Arsha? I forgot, but you know who you are and thanks for being cool about everything. Saved me my deposit money from my old landlord!

I was referred by a friend who has been doing bussiness with them for a while, Josh is supper helpful and professional.

I am not a person who leaves negative comments because your reputation in your business is everything, however this company did not return numerous phone calls and messages and completely disregarded me as a customer. I was told I would get a call today and I heard nothing. From the beginning… I responded to a value pack coupon which offered a special of $ 75.00. Well that turned into $ 210.00. The man that came to clean my carpets was very nice and professional. I will be honest my carpets were (are) in very bad shape. They have a lot of heavy traffic stains and have not been cleaned for a few years, but I was told that with this service it would clean up 75% of the stains. I was okay with that because I did not expect miracles. When I got home last night the carpets were still wet and they did not look much different then before the service. This was NOT worth $ 210.00. I would maybe be satisfied if I was at least charged the advertised price, but I went and spent money I really didn’t have because I was told it was necessary and this cleaning would make a huge difference. There was stain remover sprayed within traffic areas and it was left very splotchy. I will not try and contact this company again as I have been ignored all day. I do not recommend them either as I don’t feel they care about there customers.

If I can give them 0 stars I would!!! First of all they were 2 hours late so all my other appointments were canceled! 2^nd I had a coupon for 68.00 three rooms which jumped to be 238.00 these people will lie to u ! Those coupons are not good it’s just to get u sucked in!!! Move your furniture make a appointment and use there services!!! I’m warning everyone there a SCAM DONT USE!!! THERE LIARS!

If you need you carpets clean, look no further. Josh is the man. He gave me a very fair price to clean my whole house. Quick and easy. They pay attention to detail. Good work guys.

I wanted to try and ordered 2 rooms carpet cleaning. I had a coupon of $ 35 for 2 rooms. The guys charged me $ 191 … it is a total rip off. When I asked him why $ 191 which is not even close to $ 35, he said there were steps (5), carpet is dirty, all kinds of reason.
I will not use this guys ever again ! Beware of these guys.

I was very pleased with the level of service and cleaning of my carpets by Arash. He was thorough and friendly. He came in looked over the areas and got to work right away. As a realtor I’m always looking for top notch vendors to refer to clients as well as my friends and family. I will definitely use them again for personal and business as well.

I found pro choice carpet cleaning through val pack. I gave them a call to schedule an appointment. Josh was very friendly and polite. I also called around different carpet cleaning companies that I found from val Pack that were not as informative. I also double check pro choice Unilocal reviews and had plenty of great reviews.
Josh showed up to apartment on time with my appointment. My carpets were in poor condition because my dog is running around my carpet all the time. He took about 1 hour to complete the service.
I went with the deeper cleaning service with pet treatment, and the price was reasonable. I will refer my friends and family to pro choice. I am a very happy customer thank you Josh!!!

Called them last min, they said they had time to come by to clean the carpet. They did a great job cleaning the carpet it did made a big difference from the previous owner of the house. I would definitely call them again every 6 months to keep up the carpet clean. They also have great prices.

Positive: friendly, on-​time and easy appointment. The carpet cleaning was satisfactory, but I still see some dark shading from kids frequent traffic areas.
Negative: beware of low price coupon, it is for basic steaming cleaning, other deep cleaning is extra upsell. I end-​up paying ($ 205) for «shampoo» cleaning.
I will probably try another carpet service on next cleaning.

We received a value pak coupon so I scheduled an appointment. I was honest over the phone about one room being extra dirty but they wouldn’t give me a quote. I felt that it would be fair to take a look so I didn’t push for a quote up front. I obviously should have as they charged my wife $ 215 dollars. Yes $ 35 for 2 rooms became $ 215 dollars and they were done in less than an hour. My wife agreed to the price but she just had her father died a week ago and was trying to get it done because guests are coming.
Pro choice reached out due to the unsatisfactory review they have agreed to return and deep clean the carpet and issue a partial refund. I will revisit this review upon satisfactory completion but at least Jason is trying to do something.

Called them on Saturday from a Valpac coupon, they came promptly the next day on time. Super friendly and professional. Didn’t pressure any upsell even though I have a small apartment and just needed the basic service. They did a great and thorough job and I was happy to tip them some extra! Thanks guys!

We own a home based day care and our carpets get abused on a daily basis. We own a Bissell steam cleaning machine and try to stay on top of the carpets ourselves, however lately our children and family activities have prevented cleaning as much as I’d like. We’ve never had a professional service come to clean the carpets so I didn’t know where to start. Pro Choice was a referral from a business associate. I had already cleaned one room on my day off and it took me about 3 hours to get it as good as I could. The other rooms were very daunting considering how long it was taking. I decided to make the call and I’m glad I did. Arash came out in less than hour and started immediately at a very reasonable price.
He went over the room I had already done and let me tell you, I’ll never try to clean the carpets myself again. I’ll just keep the Bissell for spot cleaning kid messes. The job was done promptly and thoroughly. Arash was a true professional and is neatly groomed. The equipment he uses is top notch and powerful. If you need anything cleaned, they’re the people to get it done. I will always be calling Pro Choice first!

Previously, they had cleaned my carpet and did a phenomenal job. I was really happy with the outcome being that I thought there was not much they could do. My carpet looked brand new again. When they say they work miracles, they really do! One of the guys, Josh, had told me that the dirt from my tile and grout was being transferred onto the carpet which was affecting the cleanliness. Being that they had done a great job and were professionals in every aspect I contracted them again. I had my tile and grout cleaned as well. The pricing was great for the carpet, tile and grout cleaning. Their work quality is exceptional so they’re worth every penny! One thing I loved was their punctuality. I’m always on a busy schedule so I value that in a company. They were also welcoming and always on task. I’m really happy with their phenomenal work! Thank you guys so much! Josh you’re the best!
