OK, the company comes out for a check and then says in a couple days we can order the spring for your gate to be picked. 3 days later i get a phone call from them saying their team is waiting for me. i get to my job site and we try to get it done. Jesus and his partner where super nice but the gate did take twice as long. est 2 hrs took 4 hrs and then here was the problem. we found out the springs were incorrect for the gate so it didnt go all the way up and had to apply force to come down. i was very bummed but they said dont worry ill get you new springs ordered. in a couple days. they came back and finished in a hour and the gate works fine. just like before. they were good guys because all gates are different and some just take longer so cant complain. there price was afforable too

In a word, after their service, I was left with broken doors and useless springs and a big bill. I think I used their Fremont center.
I saw their ADs in a magazine and my garage door is broken so I called them. In the beginning, they are ok. They came, checked and said it was the spring’s problem so they charged me for the service and spring’s price. After they installed, the doors were still not working. The technician said he needs more time to figure out and then they disappeared completely. I called them many times, the front desk can’t help me. They say they will call me but that never happened…
I think their technicians are not experienced, service is not good. It was just bad experience.

I called R & S Erection of SC at about 8am on a Monday morning. They had someone at my place of business by 10am the same morning. The workers were very polite and knew what they were doing. The large garage door railing was repaired within 45 minutes of their arrival.
I would recommend this company to all of you. I will be using them in the future if its at my home or place of business.

TO all the automotive business out there i would not recommend to do any business with this company the owner is a straight A ignorant when it comes to dealing with people his name is Dayna he might be the supervisor who knows employees are the the best people i met i feel sorry for those who has to work with that guy other company’s warn me about him so i am just passing along the word of mouth becareful when you are being honest with him and let him know you don’t provide that kind of service because he will call you to blame you for things that’s already wrong with the vehicle so he can get his money back or else he will take you to court because his got the money and time to do that while his good employees makes him his millions that just makes me wonder his customer service skills probably got none.

Had them install two fire panic door for a restaurant that would being remodeled
The lock worked for a day and wouldn’t lock when we attempted to secure the building on Friday afternoon — was told they would not be able to fix it until the following Monday, leaving about $ 10,000 worth of wine plus the restaurant unsecured — left one of our trucks against the door to secure it and got a $ 200 ticket
We did the repairs the next day ourselves

R&S has serviced 2 different gates at our house over 18 years. Always had courteous service and quality work. Ask for Scott as field technician if you get a chance. He’s prompt and diligent and explains all the repairs and options well.

Hello, my name is Archie, and I used to suffer from Garagetile Dysfunction (GD). For years I suffered as I just couldn’t get it up. And if I did get it up, it wouldn’t stay up. I was embarrassed to bring girls to the house so I would quickly take them through my front door so my GD wouldn’t act up. I lived in shame. I lived with a flaccid garage door.
***CUE UPBEAT/​HOPEFUL MUSIC***
That is, until one day, a friend referred me to R&S Erection. They came out and didn’t treat me like a freak of nature. In fact, the guy who helped me was a former GD sufferer himself. He walked me through the procedure, made some modifications, showed me what buttons to push to get it up, and even lubed some parts for me. I now walk with confidence knowing that thanks to R&S Erection, I can get it up anytime I want. Not only that, it will stay up.

All jokes aside, my garage door was built by a non-​unionized deaf blind monkey and was in need of serious repair. R&S came out and didn’t try to oversell me or pull any fast ones. Since their visit, my garage works perfect.
And they have a really cool name too.
