Rickey makes sure that he understands your requirements, and in our case, worked on a very aggressive timeline to help us with our purchase. During the entire process Rickey went above and beyond to negotiate on our behalf and take care of organizing and managing process as well as multiple parties.
He is committed to paperless transactions and helps you save your precious time and the planet! He is pleasant, punctual, prompt, very patient and never pushy.

Ethics is not something we associated with real estate brokers until we were introduced to Rickey by an office colleague during our search for our first house. He was a refreshing change from the run of the mill realtor, who is more interested in closing a deal and pocketing a commission.

Although I have not yet been blessed with the chance to buy a house, I have been searching for a place to rent. Rickey doesn’t work in the southern California area, so he referred me to two different people who would be able to assist me. If I could buy a house, I would definitely go through him to do so, because I know that he would work hard at finding me the perfect place. The fact that he went out of his way to help me with no type of benefit or reward shows me that he always works to satisfy his customers and will always have their best interest at heart. If you are looking for a home in the bay area, I strongly advice you to go through him. He will make sure you are happy and well taken care of.
