Ron called to keep me updated on his time of arrival — 2 hr. window to start; then he narrowed it to 1 hr. The carpets had many old stains; some pet stains. He was able to remove nearly every stain (some we hadn’t been able to get out for years!). Very efficient and proficient and kept within the time limit he set for completing the work. The price was more than reasonable. Very happy with his work!

Ron did a fantastic job on my carpets and tile/​grout today. I was desperate to find a good carpet cleaner on short notice — the jerks at Steam Pros didn’t show up and I had already moved all the furniture. I called Rightway at 10:30am and was able to schedule a same-​day carpet cleaning for 2:00pm.
While Ron’s prices were higher than the bargain cleaner, his service was worth 10x the price. He showed up on time, evaluated the carpets and surfaces, provided a fair estimate, engaged in meaningful conversation, worked carefully and diligently, asked me for feedback, and thanked me for my business.
The carpets look great and the tile/​grout looks brand new. I’d say that I’m now a believer — that the discount cleaners are not worth the hassle; find yourself a great carpet cleaner like Ron and you’ll become a customer for life.

Ron prides his work with excellence and honesty. He made my older granite look new again. My counter top now shines like glass, and the colors came alive through the polishing and sealing techniques he uses. Careful prep work was done to protect the cabinets, so when he left my home, I did not have extra clean up work to do. I am truly grateful to have had the pleasure to meet him, and experience his work. I am delighted. Thank you Ron!

Ron is amazing. My wife and I are expecting, and, foolishly, we’ve lived in an apartment for four years without EVER having our carpets cleaned. Needless to say they were pretty disgusting, and the thought of our newborn crawling around on them didn’t sit well with my wife or myself. Well, Ron has saved the day. He came in, was very friendly and helpful, allowed us to stay in the apartment while cleaning, and did an AMAZING job, making our carpets look like new in about an hour. Fast, professional, courteous… can’t say enough good things about this service. Great price, as well.

My office’s carpet needed cleaning so I looked up Unilocal.Several of the carpet cleaners with very good reviews only did residential jobs. Rightway was one that did both commercial and residential. Rightway cleaned some very dirty carpets, some areas stained with black tar. It was about 4,000 sq ft of office space. The cleaner did a great job getting the stains out and making the carpets look clean again. He came around 1 PM and stayed until 8 PM at our site. Very thorough work. The business owners were very happy. The owners had previously used another cleaner who was very cheap, but did a horrible job. You get what you pay for in this case. I would consider using Rightway to clean our home’s carpets.

Amazing job done by Ron!!! I thought my carpet was beyond saving. We have lived in our house for 12 years with 5+ kids running thru daily and had never had them professionally cleaned… NOW THEY LOOK BRAND NEW!

After calling a few carpet cleaning companies, I decided to go with Rightway and it was the best decision ever. Ron came to clean on a Saturday, first to my grandparents’ then to my house. With both jobs he was professional, responsive, timely, and meticulous. Like super meticulous. My grandparents haven’t had their carpets cleaned for over 10 years and Ron erased those years of dust and stains. The products he used are not too invasive and without a strong chemical smell as compared with products used by other cleaning companies we’ve hired. 5 star plus!
