Robert was a great help. I called in to ask some information about how private investigations work and he happily gave me lots of information on how it works. Although in the end I found out I didn’t need a private investigator to get the information I needed because it requires a different kind of service, he referred me to someone he knew who could help me. So I give 5 stars for excellent customer service even tho in the end I wasn’t a customer.
