Roselli Rocks! Whenever I need any service done on my 2010 GranTurismo GT-​S, I can always count on Roberto and team to take care of me. From awesome check ups, to necessary rotor replacements, they have always made me feel like I am just as important as their most important customer. Roberto’s mom even works there! What more can I say except that the staging area is filled with lambo’s, ferrari’s, bentley’s and mase’s! Makes me want to buy a new car dammit.

These people are just awesome — the place is highly professional and the people simply are experts at what they do.
I took my Porsche for a clutch replacement and I have nothing but great appreciation for this place.
This a five star mechanic shop all the way and I will take my car here without any hesitation.

5 STARS. I can’t believe these guys are in the South Bay-​area. I ve seen countless of 150K $$ exotics being brought here for minor fixes and major ones too. Everything from Ferrari, Lambourhini to a Masserati & Bentley Fantom… There is no other place in the whole NorCal area where you would go before you check out these guys here.
The owner is awesomely amazing and he always makes me feel special when I’m there. Always got time for his customers even dough his place looks like a stadium full of fine cars or maybe just like that 7 star hotel in Dubai. loaded with every single super car in the world.!! Hahaa, Yeah NO Joke.!!
I own a exotic car my self and just can’t help to stare at all the sweet cars he’s got parked in there. It’s a very dependable shop that services All and every Exotic car which always leaves me with a big smile on my face… yooohoo!!!

To start off I have not gotten any service done from this shop, but I can tell you I did call to ask questions and the gentleman on the phone Robert was more than happy to help. The prices that he discussed with me about servicing my Lamborghini was great and better than any other Lamborghini shop that I’ve seen; additionally he answered all the questions that I had and patiently spoke to me on the phone. I know he probably could be doing something else with this time but he spent his time on the phone with me which really was great. When I need to get my car serviced I am definitely going to go here!

I was recommended to take my Ferrari to Roselli’s by a friend who also took his car there. I am very glad I did. Roberto was kind to share his knowledge about the cars he works on. As a car enthusiast I was glad he didn’t try to scare/​dupe me into buying things I don’t need.
Roselli’s is family owned shop that performs good work and is honest. I will continue to service my cars there and would recommend others to do so as well.

My clutch started slipping on my 2012 Aston Martin and figured it was time to take it in before things got worse.
While usually I bring my Aston to the dealership, this time I decided to venture out, and try a private garage. My plan was to consult Unilocal to see which garages in the Bay Area were the highest rated, and up popped Roselli’s.
When I pulled up, there were Ferrari’s and Lambo’s parked all around, but whoa! This place was a garage! Hardly a waiting room, just lots of high end cars and lifts.
Upon my arrival I met Roberto who took my information and on I went. Long story short, while it took much longer than I originally anticipated (3 weeks), the car was repaired. But wait, not only was the car repaired but it actually drives better now than when I bought the car! The clutch is beautiful, silky and smooth (and fast). Roberto and team also performed an oil job and flushed the coolant (which was something I didn’t ask for, but was needed).
I would have to say that the work done on my vehicle far exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

I met Roberto about 3 years ago when my 2004 Ferrari 360 had F1 pump issues. He took me through the whole process. He gave me options of different things we could do to fix the problem. He is honest and very trustworthy, and knowledgable. I highly recommend him and his shop to all of my friends.

Roberto went above and beyond to get my X5 fixed!
He let me know what services the dealership was trying to screw me on, as well as installed a fan for me without charging me labor!!!
Being new to town is stressful, having car problems when you are new to town adds to that. Finding someone who truly cares for your car AND your wallet is such a blessing!

I don’t trust anyone with my cars except Robert. I own several different types of cars and it’s great to know that Robert can work on anything! He’s fixed my vintage Fiat Spyder, my new Volkswagen and even my classic Alfa Romeo Milano. We’ve been taking our cars to Roselli’s Foreign car for as long as I can remember.
Robert’s dad Ezio started the business with his mom Lucy back in the early 70’s and I remember watching Robert grow up following in his dad’s footsteps. Ezio would be proud to see what a fantastic job his son is doing carrying on the family tradition of doing beyond excellent work, while taking pride in giving their customers 100% satisfaction with each job they do.
This is what has made me a loyal customer all these years. I will never take my cars to a dealership as long as Roselli’s is around.

Owning a Ferrari (or any exotic car for that matter) can be a hair pulling experience. Owning a ‘vintage’ exotic car is a whole another level of masochism. It is with this in mind that finding a knowledgeable and honest, professional is imperative.
I first learned of Roselli Foreign care repair on Ferrari chat boards online. I previously had gone to another repair shop that was also very well run, but alas — they were very backlogged. Looking for a quick alternative since I only wanted to perform a simple alternator install — I thought I would give Roselli a try.
I called Roselli and was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of the phone; this was the first time interacted with Roberto, the owner of this business. On the phone, he was very warm and told me to drop the car off, and he would take care of it.
After towing the car to Roselli, I was quickly immersed by various exotic cars of all stripes and shapes. I figured this was a good sign. I met with Roberto and was in person happy to see that the same friendliness and warmness I experienced on the phone was carried through in person as well.
I told him about the alternator, and he gave me a reasonable quote and I was off.

A few weeks later I got a call from Roberto. I was informed that he found a whole host of other issues (this didn’t surprise me.) The car had bad water pump, leaking hoses cracked exhaust manifold and wiring that suffered through incompetent hack jobs in the car’s previous life.
Biting the bullet, I knew it was the right decision to do a complete re-​haul. I will not lie and admit that Roberto is VERY HIGH in demand. As I said before, finding a good expert for exotic cars is like finding a nugget of gold on the street. It goes without saying that Roselli’s is experiencing a gold rush of cars getting in for service.
After some delays, I grew a bit frustrated and got a personal lesson in Exotic Ownership lesson # 234: There is a old saying in Italian: «Bene e veloce non sempre vanno bene insieme.» It translates to; «Well and quick don’t always go well together.» Roberto is an artisan, combined with his attention to detail and his high demand — expect things to take longer than what you’re used to at the local Honda Dealership.
After talking to few Ferrari tiffosi, I was reminded that this is par for the course. What matters are not necessarily the length of time something make take to complete — but whether done right. Reassured, I decided the best course of action was to be patient. I found Roberto ALWAYS quick to respond to my concerns and questions while repairs were being made.
I learned that the job was not easy, and I saw first hand by going to his shop many times that it was not a walk in the park. Roberto was always fair, transparent, and communicative. The work done — I could clearly see that he treated my car as his own — the repairs and craftsmanship were amazing. It was the little things that impressed me. Roberto replaced things without me asking, taking care dash stickiness, re-​dying the trim, taking apart and reassembling the stalk, reinstalling the radio right — all these repairs/​upgrades were «on the house.»
Who does that?
I’ll tell you — Roberto Roselli does. Throughout my experience there, I have become to know Roberto personally and am constantly surprised by his positive demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for his customers.
Now some months later, I am happy as a clam — I brought some wine in and we toasted like family in the back to a job well done! I still have a few nick-​nacks here and there, but with the bulk of the work done — I’m happy. Roberto stood behind his quote; he was always honest and responsive, and I feel blessed to have a Ferrari expert nearby. What more can you ask?

Same comments as the other reviewers. Roberto takes care of my 360 like it was his own. Prices are very fair, service is very thorough, no extra work. This is the shop where you want to take your car if you live in the area.

I can’t say it any better than all of the other reviewers, Robert is the BEST. He is an auto tech that you can really trust, I feel like he treats everyone with respect and really knows his european cars. He knows what he is doing! One repair shop wanted me to spend thousands on a repair, he said whatever it was only needed to be lubed and I just totally respect that. I can definitely recommend his shop for BMW and now Mercedes. It feels like family going there and he remembers his customers :) I don’t know what’s up with all the hidden 5-​star reviews, I know they are legit!

Robert and his team are top notch. Every time I bring my cars over for repair or maintenance he treats me like family. They stand behind their work and provide consistent quality workmanship. It’s also convenient that they provide smog check service.

In my opinion Roberto Roselli is the best all around European automotive technician in California, and the best Ferrari specialist in all of North America! He really has a passion for repairing cars and solving difficult problems that other mechanics would simply «throw» parts at in the hopes of getting it right. What separates Robert from his competition is that he really cares for and respects all of his customer’s cars as if they were his very own. He sees the mechanical beauty and flare in the design of a Ferrari, the rock solidness of a Mercedes Benz, the technical innovation in a Lancia, the wonderful simplicity in a Fiat and the uniqueness in an Alfa Romeo. No matter if you own a BMW, or a Maserati, or a Porsche, Roberto will respect your car and provide it with the TLC it needs.

I drove to San Jose for business and during the drive the generator strap of my 65 VW bug ripped. I was looking for an auto shop in order to drive back home to San Francisco. I randomly chose Roselli’s. Roberto could not have been more helpful. Since he did not have the part he decided to weld the strap back together and the issue was fixed within 1 hour. I am thrilled with your service and thank you for helping me out so quickly.

I brought my 2005 Maserati Coupe Cambiocorsa here for a 15,000 mile service. This was my first service at Robert’s shop.
When I dropped my car off Friday morning it was running «okay,» but making that ticking sound that we all hope is the lifters and nothing more, and not shifting well during the morning commute. Honestly, I was feeling not so in love with the car anymore – and there are much cheaper cars out there to not be in love with, so I was feeling particularly pissy about the whole situation.
When I picked up my Maserati Monday morning, the ticking was gone and it shifted like a big stick of butter. Robert had adjusted the clutch timing to better suit my commute (85 and 101), tweaked the hand-​brake, and gotten rid of this unpleasant lag coming off a complete stop, even though I never even brought up the latter two issues when I dropped the car off. (He also told me that three of the LED lights on my third brake light were out, a mesh plate was missing from my lower engine compartment, and my two back tires did not match, all items an that out of state Ferrari/​Maserati dealership missed on the last inspection.)
Post-​Roselli, my Maserati drives like a brand new car. Robert made a repeat customer out of me on the spot. Later on, when a fellow car enthusiast asked how much Robert charged for all the work and I answered, the response back to me was a shocked expression and, «that’s all?»

Smog Check
I only came here for a smog check but will definitely be coming back again. Trang, the smog technician, was very welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t find a place to park because there were so many FERRARI’s and other exotics so I parked on the driveway entrance just outside of the gate. Trang was good enough to drive my car into the smog station.
The wait wasn’t that long but I was able to walk around and take a look at all the exotics! Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, Maserati’s, Porsche’s, you name it. It was a beauty. I even got a very welcoming greeting by Mr. Roselli himself. He seemed like a very nice guy and didn’t mind that a poor college student like me was looking at all the cars.
What I love most is that the smog check only took 5 minutes. My car has 263,000 miles, and other smog stations test my car multiple times because it always passes with very low emissions (Acura MDX. still strong and lasted this long because I always do regular maintenance myself). Trang just tested it once and gave me the certification when it passed with flying colors. He even complimented me on my car’s condition, saying he can tell I’ve taken good care of my car.
Price was $ 67.50 + $ 8.25 certification fee but he gave me a discount for promising to write a Unilocal review. Total price with certification came out to $ 60!
Fair to say I’ve found my new smog check home!

I been to many mechanic shops but Robert is something else he goes above and beyond i got my ferrari serviced here and this is the only shop i will come back to. A+
He was very professional and provided top-​notch customer service at a great price. He took care of me on his day off, definitely a hard working guy. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure everyone leaves happy.
I will be back for my 30k belt service for sure.
