History
Established in 2004.
The owner Mina Shamsaei founded our original location in 1996 in downtown Santa Cruz, at 1220 Pacific Avenue. We opened the doors to our beautiful Santana Row spot in June of 2004. We are a family owned business and maintain a family friendly atmosphere where our guests can feel that they are at their home away from home. Our food is conscientiously purchased with health & sustainability in mind. We have always purchased organic produce at the Santa Cruz Farmers Market and from local organic produce distributors. We serve only natural meats, poultry & seafood (free of hormones, antibiotics & pesticides).
We hope to see you soon. Cead Mile Failte or 100,000 Welcomes!

Manager
I would like to thank all of you Yelpers for taking the time to review us. Reviews, good or bad, are meant to serve as tools for us to improve the quality of our products and service. I personally try to get back to as many of you as possible to thank you for a positive review or to communicate my efforts to improve specific areas of the business that your review may have indicated need help. One issue I want to address in this is the numerous reviews indicating discontent with the weekend late night door and the long line. I simply want to remind everyone that we are a small business that is very popular. We always reach our occupancy limit on Friday and Saturday by 11:00pm. I strongly suggest coming early (by 10pm) or their will be a long line. Please keep this in mind when making your plans on Friday and Saturday. Also, we rarely have a line the rest of the week and never charge a cover on weekdays (except special holidays)! Thank you again for your reviews! Cheers!
