I am Mandip Kaur licensed Cosmetologist running this business from 2011 with experience of 14 years in this field. I love what I am doing .

I am born and brought up in Punjab and I moved here in 2006 .I got inspired thru one of best friend in punjaab to learn Eyebrow threading and she taught me this technique very well in 2002 and Since then I loved doing it. Then After seeing so much of my interest in threading my husband encouraged me to do more study in skin care so I took Ayurvedic certification about hair and skin in India .

Then after coming to US I joined cosmetology classes in Santa Clara beauty college in 2008. These classes provided me more deeper knowledge about skin, nails and hair and after completing my training I went for my board of barbering and cosmetogy exam and I got my cosmetogy license in 2009.

Mandeep is the best, I used to go to her salon when I used to stay in sunnyvale. I used get waxing done from her, very hygienic, almost no pain at all. She was my go to person for haircut and eyebrows. She gets what her customer need is ! I wish I had someone like her in my area.

I have been a staunch customer of Mandeep for over 2 years now, and have never been disappointed. I usually go for eyebrows and upper lip threading, and make sure I ask for Mandeep. She is very accommodative when it comes to drop in’s too. She’s very polite and friendly and takes good care of her customers. The place is very clean and well maintained.

Mandeep is simply THE BEST. I get waxing done from her every month. She does it perfectly and is super friendly. She talks to you and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve been going to her for almost 2 years now.
The Salon is always super clean. Very hygienic. She takes great care of her customers. She’s polite and has a very positive vibe. She’s great with appointments. She values your time and is very organized.

Mandip has been doing my eyebrows for over five years, and she does a perfect job each time! I get many compliments on her work. Her wonderful attitude and warm smile always have me leaving the salon in good spirits.
Recently Mandip has also started to color my hair. I really like the color she picked out and how careful she is while applying it. Some hairdressers can pull on the hair or hurt the ears with the comb but Mandip takes her time and these accidents don’t happen with her. It’s non-​ammonia color, which is very gentle on my hair and smells wonderful. The rates for all her services are also extremely reasonable.
I look forward to many more years of great service in her expanded salon in the new Stevens Creek Blvd location!

I love this salon, I have been going to Mandeep for eyebrows and upperlip threading, facial, hair color and waxing for almost 10 years now. She is one of the few people in the area who knows how to make perfect eyebrows. I get stopped in the malls and people ask me about my eyebrows.
She is a very good facialist too — does extractions and my face never breaks out after. All her products smell really good too, and they never give me a headache I am sensitive to how products smell.
She is always on time and will try really hard to accomodate you. There was a time when I used to see her at 8 am on sunday mornings since no other time would work for me.
She accepts CC which is great too.

I have been Mandip’s client for the past 3 years. I am always receiving compliments about my eyebrows, and I give Mandip and her staff full credit! I am always greeted with a warm smile and positive energy. The salon is very clean and easy to locate. There is plenty of parking too.
I was a walk-​in customer 3 years ago and I won’t let anyone else go near my eyebrows! Threading can be a little painful, depending on the person. However, I find Mandip to have a soft touch and I don’t get breakouts. My waxing days are long gone!

I’ve been a loyal customer to Rubal beauty salon for 4 years. They have recently moved to a bigger location that is very beautiful! This is the only place that I can say I trust any of the employees to do my eyebrows at. Mandip also does really awesome facials. Everything is super affordable and the quality of the work they do is amazing, I recommend rubal beauty salon to anybody looking for a good threading/​waxing and facial spot :)

I found this place recently moved near my house and got this amazing Unilocal deal so decided to give it a try! And I am happy i found this! Mandeep is a wonderful lady taking care of her customers and understanding their needs. Also her staff is so nice! I got an experience of taking service from linda for my hair treatment and she was great. And so was supriya who did the threading nicely. Definitely trying it again.

This has now become my go to salon for services such as eyebrow threading, facials, waxing and hair coloring/​henna. Mandeep does a great job and I’ve never left her salon unhappy with the services. She is very patient with her clients and listens them out and gives them exactly what they come asking for. My SIL and a couple cousins have used her services too and were not disappointed. Her salon is very well maintained and hygiene is not a concern.

When i first moved to the bay area, I tried many other salons, but once I went to Mandip, I knew I had found the right place and have always used her service. she is my go to person for threading, waxing and facials. I live in Milpitas but I travel all the way to her saloon to get my eyebrows done as no one does it as well as Mandeep in the Bay Area. She is very gentle on the skin and very skillful. The eyebrows shape is perfect. She is very thorough in her work and when i look at my face after the threading is done I am always very happy with the result. The prices are reasonable. I have also tried her hair massage and conditioning and my hair remained soft and smooth for weeks. I strongly recommend her and would encourage everyone to give it a try.

I’ve been a DEDICATED threading client of Mandip (Owner of this salon) for 2 years (and counting. LOL!!) & she is nothing short of AMAZING with her threading skills & I get my entire face threaded by her which is not easy to deal with but the results afterwards makes it soo WORTH IT! Also, Mandip has a light hand so I am able to handle getting my entire face threaded with very little pain, & my face is NEVER sore and no nicks/​cuts like I’ve had at other salons. After moving to Santa Clara, I tried many different salons for waxing but after experiencing Mandip, my search had stopped, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is very sweet, soft spoken, and her waxing style is very gentle. The best thing I like about her is that I’m in and out very quickly, she is a pro at what she does! I used to go to her old location on El Camino, however she just moved to this new location on Stevens creek and it’s amazing! Even though it’s further from my place it’s still worth the trip and this new place is much more larger, inviting, and relaxing… My go to spot for facials and waxing! Just make sure you call and make an appointment first since she is very spot on with time and appointments, otherwise I’ve had to wait…
