History

Established in 1980.

Bill Wilson and Stan Barrios founded San Jose Mailing in 1982. Longtime friends from high school, the pair started the company to service the needs of their other venture, a small chain of community newspapers in Evergreen and East San Jose. Bill and Stan got started in a 2,000 sq. ft. metal building with just a labeling machine, folding machine, and tying machine. But within a year, San Jose Mailing became so successful that the partners sold their newspaper chain to concentrate on their burgeoning corporate client base.

For 30 years, San Jose Mailing has been the industry leader in mailing and printing services, and continues to expand its range of services to accommodate client needs. In our own 20,000 sq. ft. facility, the company offers variable data printing, printing, mailing lists, custom assembly and data processing. services to much of Silicon Valley. San Jose Mailing employs only top-​flight managers, operators and customer service representatives to service our clients.
