So this review is limited to customer service only, as we ended up not needing their services. But the upshot is that I thought our PBX unit was going bad (lost our main line). Despite that this would probably be an easy fix for them, multiple people followed up with me regarding my problem.
After I did one more test, it ended up being a Comcast issue, so they never had to come, but I really appreciate the fact that they did call and email as they said they would.

Nice guy, great pitch, got the ball rolling with evaluating our phone system (which we paid for, not free) then vanished. Several calls over 4 – 5 weeks from CFO and ED of our non-​profit not returned, and did not receive written evaluation. Apparently does not need the business. If you are looking for reliability, keep looking.

I am the office manager of a small company in San Rafael, California. We have been using San Jose Networks since I have worked here. They are a GREAT company to work with. Whenever I need to get a hold of someone they always call me back right away. Jeb Simkins is our Sales Rep and Victor is our tech guy. Jeb and Victor are AWESOME. I would definitely recommend this comany. They have great customer service and are always there when you need them! A+++++++++
