Where to begin ??? This agent is very unprofessional, scattered, and lacks experience. I recently made an offer on a home in Santa Cruz’. The offer was accepted and we are in contract however, I am very close to losing it because the agent did not complete the offer correctly and lied to the seller’s agent. Yesterday, I was subject to several threaded emails whereas, she vented about getting in a fight with the seller’s agent, not knowing all the facts, and having to terminate the contract! Basically, she pointed her finger at everyone else for errors she made.
When I made my deposit, this agent expected me to take it to the title company. That is her job, not mine. Please see the email below from the title company. I almost lost my deposit because of this lazy twit!

In reviewing the file, I noticed that we did not receive the deposit instructions which were given to your Realtor on July 30^th to forward to you for your signature. The instructions are for placing funds into an interest bearing account or not. Current interest rate is 0.03% and the service fee is $ 45. If you do not want funds placed into an interest bearing account, please sign and date on page 1 only. We will need these deposit instructions signed and returned before we can release your deposit.
I have attached the deposit instructions and the cancellation instructions for your signature and return. Please accept my apologies for the over sight. Thank you.
