David came and moved our pool table from one place to another. He was timely and very professional. Would definitely recommend them. Every other company I called either were rude and booked or did not call me back. Very good company.

I purchased a pool table from a neighbor and had Sharks Pool Tables pick up the pool table and move it to my home. They also re-​felted the table. David and his crew were professional, experienced and courteous. They took pride in their work and everything was done perfectly. I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving a pool table.

Just had these guys dismantle and prep my table for storage. I called them on Monday and out here on Thursday, great service. David and his crew came out on time and finished before they said they would. The professionalism and courtesy was awesome. I will definitely call them when I need to set the table back up hopefully soon.

I called last week to move my pool table and spoke to Daniel. These guys are professional, on time and very courteous. Cesar and his guy showed up to my house, disassembled my pool table, set it up in my new home and they were done in less than 2 hours. BEST SERVICE and ATTENTION to DETAIL! My husband Steven shopped around for a professional but affordable pool table moving company. He found «Sharks Pool Tables» to be the most affordable and professional. Their personal attention to their work had our pool table looking in better condition than when it left one house and moved into another. Shark’s transported the pool table in the rain from San Jose to Santa Cruz. When the table arrived it was completely covered in plastic wrap to prevent whether damage. We also had the felt changed from green to blue, which Sharks Pool Tables professionals, Cesar and Adam where able to change out right before our very own eyes. My wife and I are casual pool players and wanted an affordable table for our extra room but didn’t want the table to be cheap either.
We made an appointment to check out Sharks downtown San Jose showroom. Daniel showed us several options in our budget, answered our questions, and didn’t put pressure on us to buy something we didn’t need.
Ended up with a 4×8 1 inch slate table and it’s the best I’ve ever played on at any bar, rec room, or friend’s house. I love my table and the price!
Delivery guys (Cesar) were professional and on time. They had to go all the way up to my third floor and navigated a tight stairway without a problem.

Amazing service. Bought a table and it was delivered all the way to Santa Rosa the next week. The craftsmanship of the table and watching them assemble it was amazing. So much hard work goes into these and it really shows. Not only do they have quality tables but their customer service is impeccable. These guys have it right. I came in here today after calling just 30 minutes before since my husband and I were in the area. Really nice greeting and found a great 7 foot table of the floor. The price was reasonable with all accessories and they were able to schedule a Monday delivery — just two days from now! Highly recommended.

Bought a Brunswick from some guys garage and had sharks move it for me. It was full of dust and car exhaust and had some dings in the wood. The whole time he was telling me how good of a deal I got (always nice to hear that you’re not getting ripped off). He made it look like a brand new pool table when he reassembled it at my house! Cleaned the felt, filled the dings with wood putty and shined the wood. I was just expecting them to move the table, not give it a makeover too. He even gave me the leftover bottle of wood finish that he used.

Sold a beautiful 25+ year old pool table that was my dads to some friends. Purchasers selected Sharks to do the dismantle and put it back together at new location. The guys were great dealing with walking thru a horse paddock — thru the barn — upstairs to where the pool table was stored! Fast, they know their stuff, and explained things when I had questions on how the table comes apart or is leveled again in the new location. I checked out the table at the new house location and it looked great — will now miss it but glad it will get great use from a great family and appreciated the team from Sharks for doing a nice job.

Dealing with Daniel and Caesar was the best! Daniel spent time discussing my room size and found us a used Olhausen in excellent condition for a great price, even throwing in a few shorter cues for my narrow room. He patiently gave me all the options for a new felt top. Caesar and his assistant spent almost 3 hrs installing the table, answering all my questions about cementing together the slate pieces. With the new felt, the table looks almost like new. I highly recommend Sharks Pool Tables. Just give Daniel a call and he comes right over.

Bought an 8 footer from Olibio, he delivered it the following day as promised, and stayed extra late to get the job done. I purchased the ping pong topper and high end cover as well as a billiard package upgrade. I got it all under 2k, and it’s playing great! We love our table from SHARKS… give them a chance with your billiards biz!

Wow I love the new table and Sharks pool tables is the best for the service. I watch them from start to finish total about 2 and half hours. They are very professional, very nice and they help me remove my old Ping Pong table and make it work with the pool table. The table looks very nice and IT’S SLATE POOL TABLE. LOL. I have been shopping for over a month and I went to a few different places and get the price quote. They have the BEST PRICE. I also received free gift from them. What a Deal. For the same table, other place charges about 30% more than what I paid. I will highly recommend to go meet with them if you are thinking about buying a pool table. Ok I’m not a review person because I never find time to do it, but this time I REALLY have to put something out there for theses guys. They were incredible!!! I saw the previous reviewers comments and was extremely skeptical of hiring these fellas to move a great table I found off Craigslist, but after speaking to Olibio (the owner) several times of the phone I decided to take the chance. He was really friendly, seemed trustworthy, and extremely professional. Not to mention they were willing to make the move around my schedule and at an incredibly good price.
The pickup:
Olibio had his staff come out at 8:30am on a Tuesday to pick up a giant 9′ Olhausen Championship Professional table from Fremont, which was in good condition except the felt was wrecked. The seller was late for pick-​up so they got stuck waiting around hour and a half but no complaints. David (installer) called me to update me on the progress and let me know what they were working on, when they started, and when they were leaving the sellers. They wrapped the rails in felt there to make it easier, and took pictures of the whole table before they started to show my the condition. It arrived in excellent condition. They called me to let me know of a bent metal bracket ahead of time and did a full inspection of the table for me as well.
The installation:
They drove the table up from Fremont to San Francisco and carried it up with all accessories, racks, pingpong table top, cues, decorations, etc. We ran into problems getting it through a really tight corner doorway because the hardwood frame on the Olhausen is one piece. They laid mattress pads all over the floor and also wrapped all the pieces to make sure there would be no markings on the wall. After several cautious attempts around the doorway, we determined it would not make it. The only other option was through the back of the house (patio doors) which was blocked by a raised hill and a 8ft fence on top of that. We found another option. The house next door is currently being constructed and we had the builder let us through the framed and trenched house while they were constructing the 2^nd story (lol). The installers went ahead and removed a large part of the fence of the side of the house (which they reinstalled after) and carried the whole frame through there even with a 3.5′ height difference since these homes are built on a steep hill. This was above and beyond, I can imagine other installers giving up, but the fact that they were willing to go the distance without complaining or demanding extra payment was amazing.
They put the table together efficiently and very cautiously putting plastic shims, pads, and whatever else was needed not to damage the floor. They took accurate measurements of the whole room several times to find the best spot for the table. I saw them using professional putty or wax? (not sure) to seal the slate properly and ensure a flat playing surface. They put on Simonis 860 in an incredible red color and did a really great job re-​felting the table. No slack and very tight without over stressing the cloth. They had several levels on the table and got it perfectly level also thanks to a nice solid slab floor on the home.
When complete they cleaned and polished out the whole table with a special wood polish and gave me a new brush and matching chalk which I was not expecting. In addition Olibio called me and told me he was trying to source the parts to replace the bent metal bracket since it could not be repaired and would have it delivered and installed to me asap.
Bottom line, don’t hesitate to use these guys because of a bad review. I know people have different experiences, but I can guarantee you I’ve never had any service work done to this level of professionalism. If you’re getting a table moved, CALL them first for a price quote because they really had an amazing price. Moving 250lb sections of slate isn’t easy, not to mention driving over 100 miles to and from. They didn’t leave till after 3pm with all the issues and they literally put in a full days work just on this one table.
