Silicon Valley Business Center is the by far THEBEST place to start when growing a business from the ground up! There are tons of amenities including coffee, water, extremely FAST internet, conference rooms, mailboxes, and lots more! They even have networking mixers so you can connect with other business owners who are in the same building to spread the word about your company. Their management team is amazing! They go the extra mile to make sure you are always set for success. If you are looking for office space to get your work done in a nice, clean, professional, and friendly environment, you have to check this place out!

Silicon Valley Business Center has been an incredible resource for my company. We use their mail service which enables my Santa Cruz Mountains design studio to reach organic web searches from potential clients in the South Bay. I also rent their small conference room on a regular basis. The staff is very professional. I highly recommend using their services.

It’s a pretty cool building! It’s more spacious than it looks and they have an elevator(inner scream of joy) so that you can get to the second floor(there’s only two of them). Also, they have a coffee/hot chocolate machine on the lower floor, in the back, which would make anybody’s day –I’m not sure if it’s for customers though. I only know about its existence because my sister works there ;)

I came here recently for a meeting and found the overall services to be adequate but the place needs an upgrade. As a visitor it was nice to have free coffee, a bathroom, free parking, and big windows with tons of natural light in the front conference room. On the other hand, you get a feeling that there’s very little care put into the place. The carpet needs a deep clean. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Compost and recycling are absent. A facilities person needs to go through and tighten the place up. The thin veneer is wearing off.

Very convenient. Affordable and friendly and flexible staff. I’d recommend the place. Been working out of here for the last 3 months. Can get a bit loud as some of the old time renters are in Real Estate business and are quite loud. But all in all a good place to work out of.

I rented the Seminar/Meeting Room for a workshop I was conducting in June. I did the booking through an online third-party scheduler and my original request was denied. When I called the office, I found out the date I wanted was not available. But Mary, the office manager, gave me the available dates over the phone and I was able to book an available date. Although there were no follow-up from the office, Mary was always courteous whenever I called with questions. On the day of my workshop, Nelia stayed late to keep the door open for me and made sure everything was ok before she left(my workshop ran until 9 p.m.). The facility was not the most modern or polished, but sufficient for my purpose and was well priced. I will definitely return if I plan other events in this area.

I’ve been working from home for two years now and from my wife wanting me to help around the house and her leaving me with the kids while she goes to the gym, I needed a new place to work. So off to CL I went. I did a lot of looking around and came across this place and took the dive. Same day and I was in a cubicle of my own. It took a while for me to get used to being in an office, but I’ll never go back to the home office again.
