I needed a caterer for my daughter graduation party. I called Pamela and she was great she was very easy to work with and they did every for me. She order the tables and linen and provide amazing food for our party. She even prepared the food we wanted for the party and allowed us to taste test before the party. I just can not say enough about the great service that Pam and her partner gave us for our event. I would recommend her to everyone I know. In fact some friends that were at our party hired her on the spot to do a 50^th Birthday party.

Pamela is great! She is an excellent cook and provided an amazing dinner for our wedding reception. She gave us an amazing discount too! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because she got our names totally wrong on the contract which added confusion where it wasn’t needed. On the whole it was a very positive experience! We would totally choose her again!

My husband and I were planning a wedding reception for about 150 guests and were looking for an affordable option. I came across this place while doing research, and it was a great choice. The owner, Pam, came with us to the venue — Highlands Park, and we talked about where to set up the tables and lightly talked about food. Also, Pam offered a taste test before the event to make sure we liked everything and if there were any changes to be made in terms of food and what kind of alcohol we wanted. Once we had our centerpieces & flowers, Pam also stopped by to pick them up. It felt like at least that part of the wedding we could just turn over to Simple Elegance and not worry about it.
Menu & Price
The menu had 4 appetizers, salmon & chicken meat entrees, lots of sides, and 4 desserts. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about the salmon, and what I liked the most is that there was a variety that everyone could enjoy. We paid about $ 6000 for food and alcohol (about 3 – 5) drinks per person. We actually only ended up with about 100 people at the reception, but it all worked out in the end, we even had some drinks and food left over. They also offered to clean up the venue, which I thought was amazing.
If I had to do it over again I would have a sit down dinner instead of buffet style (Simple Elegance offers both.) I felt that it was difficult to get folks away from the bar and to go sit down for dinner, and the dinner line was a little hectic. In the end, everyone loved it, and I highly recommend.
