Such a welcoming environment and when they say they’ll get it done in 45 minutes, they really mean 45 minutes. I had my car radio replaced and the minutes flew by. Brian was such a nice guy who helped me pick the radio. Also, they are willing to teach you how to work the radio, so you don’t have to figure it out yourself.

I’d like to thank Brian and his team for fixing my charging port. I was referred by one of my family members and I was expecting to pay but Brian fixed it for the free.
I felt so thankful and bad at the same time. I wanted to pay him and his team but Brian insisted that it was okay. Such a sweet person and I recommend that you come here for just the atmosphere and hospitality of him and his team but of course to get your car fixed too. Haha. Kudos!

I just went to the top of this page after writing this review. I would like to say that this is by far the longest review I have ever done. You would do yourself a favor if you have these guys do your stereo systems. These guys are the best. I don’t say it lightly. Their pricing is the best. That does not mean that the quality or the materials they use is cheap. They go out of their way to do a quality job. You don’t have to be after them asking them to do details. They themselves are looking for details you would not even think of. Yesterday they installed two nex 8100 pioneer brand double din Apple CarPlay stereos. This is the best of the best stereo out there. I did my research online. I was hesitant to use anybody local to purchase stereo from because there are so many good deals online. I was eating at a restaurant close by when I saw their sign. I just went in just for kicks to check out their pricing. If I would’ve bought something online there would’ve been a lot of details I would have missed. They know their stuff. First I did my trucks audio system. They installed stereo. They installed headrest screens for the DVD. These work separately from Main DVD player in front stereo deck that they installed. I Felt a little guilty about splurging but they gave me such a good deal. He even included a couple of things like connecting stereo with steering wheel Control buttons. He also gave me two wireless alpine headphones. And he installed the reverse license plate camera. Now I can see what is going on behind me when I am Reversing. I can even hitch my trailer and not have to get off my truck. This part that I just finished is half of the story. My wife came in and I had them install the same exact stereo in her Toyota Camry hybrid. The stock stereo CD player had given up and had three CDs that were favorites of my wife, Stuck in stereo and we could not get them out. They installed my wife stereo and it looks like it has always been there. My wife feels overwhelmed with how muchTechnology this thing has. The guys explain to my wife how system works. That in itself is no small feat. My wife takes a while to understand those type of things. They were really patient explaining everything. I was not there when they did installation. My wife said they treated her like a queen. She was really impressed that they took the time at no extra charge to take her three favorite CDs out of that old stereo coffin. I could say so much more about their service. These guys do wonderful work. I am extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use their service again or refer them.

Brian at sound system has preform well with installations on all my vehicles. From alarms to custom sound system at a fair price … Installed alarms on my sc 300 Lexus and my Camry and my Tacoma truck. Very satisfied with the work he has preformed. Install amp under my front seat to add extra security. Wired my dual voice coils to max performance. Would highly recommend sound systems to anyone …

This place is great! I got my car alarm here about a month ago and everything is working just as it should. The clean wiring and great customer service is also a plus, It even comes with a lifetime warranty! I called in for an appointment and the job was done in approx. 2.5 hours Overall, these guys are top notch.

A professional shop that’s fast, courteous and knowledgable. Brian and Shawn were so quick installing my new stereo it was amazing. I barely finished my coffee and they were done. My tunes never sounded so good. A top notch company I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for music or DVD systems installed in their car — boat — whatever. The owner is a great guy too!

If you guys need sound system installation, or alarm installation I would recommend this place. The owner[Brian]and workers are really friendly and willing to help you with anything. Prices are really cheap but the product are really good, everyone that I know love this place and they always take their cars or friends cars here. Place and cheapest place around San Jose, if you’re on a budget but want a nice sound system this place is the place to go too. Once you go here you will never want to go to another sound system place, and I can guarantee you that.

Some punk ass kids tried to jack my beater for a joy ride today. My vehicle is a beater and has no anti-​theft capabilities.
Luckily, I stumbled upon these kids where trying to get into my vehicle. I was able to scare them off. I got worried that they would come back. Based on a recommendation from my friend, I drove to Sound Systems Plus all the way from SF.
As I rolled into my store, I received a warm welcome from the owner. I told him about my situation and he recommended that I install a Viper alarm system with a kill switch. He quotes me a very decent price and I agreed to proceed with the install. I was all ready to pay and realized I was 10 bucks short. The owner was cool about it and gave me a 10 dollar discount.
My car is now punk kid impenetrable. Lets see if those fools can jack my car now. If I hear an alarm going off, I am ready to shoot!

Just popped in to check install prices. BRIAN greeted me right away with a pleasant smile. I already had everything;just needed it installed. He looked at it and said sure! I said great! When do you have time… he said I’ll do it for you now if you want just pull in… WHAT! Score! Everywhere else I went quoted me a week out so I was expecting that, but am i glad I came here! The place is super clean and with a huge screen TV in the wait area! Xtra bonus! Will definitely keep this in my fave list for the future!

I gave this a 5 star because of Brian! Hes very helpful and knows whats good for his customers. he gave me a great deal with my new pioneer AVH 270 BT! Installation is free too and hell do it on the same day! I recommend this store sound system plus if you guys are looking for good quality radio system!

I bought an amp a while ago and it basically broke. They value their customers and honor their warranty, so I was quickly back in business with no charge. They swapped my amp out for a newer/​better one… :)
This place has quality products (recent upgraded my system here, so i know).
They moved locations recenlty, so make you find the new spot. They took over the Midas shop so when you use google earth, you will see the Midas and not this place. But it is there, just drive to the address and you will see it. you can’t miss it.

I got my system installed here yesterday, the owner and staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The price was right and the instillation didn’t take that long at all. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a sound system for their vehicle.
