Spectacular Windows & Rain Gutters

Very good service from Spectacular Windows. Prompt with voicemails and emails, great price and sparkling clean windows! We have a two story house with a sunroom full of large windows. Javier arrived and got right to work. After cleaning our solar panels (yes, they do solar panels) he took on the rest of the house and was done in four hours. Will definitely use this company again.

Javier and spectacular windows were fast to respond and schedule a window cleaning. After seeing a valid license number and proper insurance information we allowed Javier to start cleaning. I was very happy with the work, everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I look forward to using Javier’s service again! Our neighbors where right it opened up the house nicely!

I WILL NEVER use Javier and his company again! In the past, I used him twice and was very happy with his prompt and excellent service.
HOWEVER, this last month, I called him to try to schedule an appointment with him, and he WOULD NOT answer my calls. I had to leave him 2 different messages on his voicemail, and STILL he WOULD NOT call back. I went online and emailed him, and he still would not reply. I had to resort to have my husband call him; and to my surprise, he replied to my husband’s call and even made an appointment to come clean our sunroom. When asked about what happened, he gave a weak excuse of «that he was away from his business for awhile, and that he lost a bunch of clients’ messages on his voice mail». OK, whatever …
When it was time for him to come yesterday (our appointment), GUESS WHAT, he DID NOT show up. Did not show up, did not call! When my husband called him to ask him what had happened, he would not pick up the phone. We left him a voice mail, and still no news from him.
This guy is bad news. DON’T USE HIM! Don’t know how he can sink this low?

Had our windows, all 26 of them, cleaned in Gilroy at our two story home. Javier was punctual, quiet, efficient, and reasonable. I got 3 quotes and his was the most reasonable. It took him 3 hours to clean inside and outside plus all screens and he was excellent. I will use them again! I paid him in cash but he may take credit cards.

Javier did a fantastic job. He was efficient, polite and very well priced. Great customer service and fantastic window cleaning service. Would definitely recommend him.

Javier offered me a good price and told me he was licensed, bonded, and insured. Before I hired him I looked up the license number posted on his website (#223 362). This license number belongs to a different contractor and expired in 1985. I don’t know what his service is like since I would never hire a contractor who lies to me.

Scheduled this company to come out to wash my windows/​screens for today back on Aug 10^th. My appt time was between 8 – 8:30am by Javier Wearta, it is now 9:30am & no one has showed. I’ve left a voicemail & sent an email… no response.

Awesome service. Their level of service is great, and they do a wonderful job. We’ve used them two years in a row to clean our gutters. Each time they were prompt, they did the work in a clean manner, and even did additional repairs for free. And the price was great.

I am in the property management field and whenever I was in the middle of a quick turnover they always understood. They were not only willing to accommodate the schedule I had but were able to complete the job to perfection. I have been in contact with numerous contractors who are lazy or pushy but this is the first time that I have experienced exactly what I wanted without micromanaging.
