Pauline is so awesome! I received the BYOM lesson (bring your own makeup). We went through everything. She told me what to keep and toss and explained why. I also had a facial with her a few weeks before (also amazing!) and she listened when I told her what I what was looking to learn. She gave me buying advice and even texted me pictures of products she thought I’d like. The lesson was fun and I couldn’t recommend her more!

I recently had a facial with Pauline at Studio Joule, and it was wonderful! I let her know that my skin could be sensitive, and she told me she’d use products that are very gentle on the skin, to see how it would respond. After the service, my skin felt very refreshed & rejuvenated! Just what I needed before leaving for vacation! The studio is very relaxing and comfortable, with soft music playing, and you don’t want to leave. I’d definitely recommend Pauline for facials, and if you have a special night on the town, or just don’t know how to apply make-​up, she offers those services as well!

My daughter and I have been going to get our eyebrows done by Pauline, and we always love our brows afterwards! Recently, I had Pauline help me with my makeup and how to apply it. I learned so much and walked away with a lot of new ideas.

This was the PERFECT place to get our GLAM ON! She was patient, listened to our comments, taught us so much about makeup application, which colors showcased our facial features and some helpful tips & tricks that you would never have used when applying your makeup. I was very impressed with her because she recommended other makeup brands to use along with her line of makeup products. Most makeup businesses would try to get you to buy All of their own products. Pauline is not like that. She will recommend products that work best for your skin & face. I would definitely use her again. Thanks Pauline!

Pauline is amazing! I visit her regularly for facials and recently did a makeup bag clean out, shopping trip and makeup lesson (beauty bundle). Not only is my skin glowing but I always leave her smiling.
I hate going to stuffy places where the people are snobby. Pauline is a breath of fresh air. She is very down to earth, funny and nice which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Pauline is amazing! She literally saved my eyebrows! I trust her completely and she really knows what she’s doing. My «barely there» eyebrows actually look like eyebrows now after a wonderful brow wax and tint. You will not be disappointed after leaving Studio Joule. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I loooovveee learning makeup with Pauline. Shes amazing! She puts on makeup on the half of my face and guide me on doing the other side. Her tips are very useful! Im starting out as a makeup artist and she is willing to teach me alot of her makeup tricks and tips. I would recommend her to anyone! She made me feel beautiful ;)

Pauline is wonderful! I had brought my own makeup in and she went through ever single piece I had (I have a lot cause I am a makeup junkie). She helped me define my every day style and took my train case of products down to a small makeup bag of items I use everyday. Pauline has been my skin care consultant for many years –consulting me on everything from skin care products, facials, waxing, sunscreen tips and advice for a youthful glow as my skin naturally age’s. I always love her Makeup tips and but this time she «TOOK» me shopping!
First, we looked in my makeup bag, and talked about what I have and what I need or would like to have.
Pauline saved me hundreds of dollars, found the perfect colors for my complexion and showed me how to create different looks for this season and for the fall and for daytime and evening.
I ended up with a bronzer, 2 eyeliners, foundation, great lipsticks and glosses, cheek highlighter and an under eye concealer.

My friend and I had an eye makeup lesson with Pauline yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! We started with daytime makeup and then transitioned into nighttime makeup. I’ve never been able to get the look I wanted, and now I know why. There are a few more steps and products involved, and now it all makes sense! We had a lot of fun and Pauline really helped us each get the best look for our eyes. We also got some products from her at a really good price. I cant give this business enough praise. I’ve been a client of Studio Joule for a while now and have always been impressed with Pauline’s professionalism, friendly demeanor and concern for what works for me. She puts together a gentle yet super effective facial for my sensitive skin, does great brows, and offers amazing products (skin care and makeup). Pauline has done my makeup on several occasions including my wedding and made me feel beautiful. She gives great makeup lessons too.

I’m a huuuuge fan of the ladies at Studio Joule. I feel comfortable and trust Pauline with any recommendations she has for my skin. I first got started with the Vivite Peels, which is heavenly and your face leaves feeling fresh and new. I started to have problems breaking out after my wedding, must have been stress and genes, but Pauline got me started an a daily régime using Studio Joule products.
I use the Glycolic Moisturizing cleanser, followed by the Moisturizing Cream at night and the Moisturizing Sunblock in the morning. I also have been using the Replenix retinol plus treatment pads to clear up my skin from future breakouts and to help reduce scars and clear up past brown spots I use the Skin Tone Enhancement Therapy pads. If, and that’s rarely now, I get a pimple, I dab on the Benzoyl Peroxide gel and it clears up over night.
I’ve never been so impressed with products and help I get from Studio Joule. The facials are amazing, and they also do waxing, I had my brows done perfectly here and without any pain. Oh and another thing, the prices are affordable on all Studio Joule Products. Please look no further when searching for a day spa, this studio kills it!

Keala and Pauline and amazing themselves, BUT the services they provide are beyond my expectations. Keala has been «sugaring» me and I love this new version of waxing. «Sugaring» is less painful and I can already see the hair thinning while this process treats my skin and makes it silky smooth! Thank you ladies!

Went to a party at the salon and while there I had y eyebrows waxed by Keala. She was great to talk with and she did a great job! She gave me a sample of some product and never pushed any product. I like that since everyone at a spa seems to do that. Anyhow, I’m going back soon! Ask for Keala.

The studio is very relaxed and has beautiful natural light streaming in. It just feels so good to be pampered … you leave feeling like a new woman.

I had Pauline shape my eyebrows last week. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I enjoyed myself very much being able to be in a quiet and peaceful setting. I met Pauline and Keala at a boutique event at Kiss’Tique down the street. They were offering in-​store discounted waxing. I was vaguely skeptical.
I was more than vaguely wrong. The two women were extremely efficient, and all night I kept hearing customers talk about how «it didn’t hurt at all» and how it was «the best waxing experience» they’d ever had. Im not talking about 1 or 2 people, these were repeated comments from tons of customers.
And then I was chatting with Pauline when a woman came in and said she’d never had her eyebrows waxed, was nervous, but wanted to try. Not only did she leave ecstatic with her newly shaped and chic brows, but she wasn’t red, and would be using Studio Joule to start doing them regularly because of how amazing the experience was.
I was enthralled.
These women know what they are doing. They are highly trained. They are extremely professional. They shape. They wax. They make you look good.

When do I get married again? Thats how much I loved coming here for the big day! Keala did a great job and we had a fun time hanging out. My mom and aunt came with me and it was so nice to have a little quiet time at her studio during the hustle and bustle of the big day. There is nothing better than reading US magazine in peace and quiet. My makeup came out great and I received a ton of compliments.
The studio is small and cozy and a great change from the large spas that I usually frequent. I am also a big fan of the Jane Iredale make up line that they use — fabulous! Im a sucker for mineral make up… ok ok Im a product whore in general. but I do love this line!
Anyhow, Im booking a facial in a week and cant wait to try out the face skills of Studio Joule!

Went for a basic facial and loved it. I have super sensitive skin and got a great relaxing facial. The best part, no shove down my throat sales pitch afterwards. I walked over to the shelving where the products were located and Keala showed me what she used and said to let my facial «sit» for the day… if I liked the products I could come back anytime to buy… I loved that. I will be back to start buying my skin care line from them :)
