Subway

Been here a couple times and the service was «okay,» but this time around it was pretty great.
As my friend and I walked in, Alex and the lady worker (didn’t have a name tag), was super polite and nice. We were greeted and asked what we wanted. Definitely left this place surprised since the last few visits weren’t pleasant.
Best thing about any Subway is customizing your sandwich the way you want it. I usually get either a Italian BMT or Spicy Italian on italian herbs and cheese or honey oat bread with swiss cheese toasted for 10 seconds. Topped with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers, light mayonnaise, and some salt & pepper. Total of the two footlong sandwiches were $ 13.85 with sales tax.

I found this location to be clean and well run. I have had very short waits, even during the busy lunch rush. The staff have always been friendly, you just might have to repeat something a time or two because of the language barrier…

Let’s start with five stars.
Went there on my lunch break. Called in the order over the phone.
The order was very fast, already ready when I got there as expected and the gentleman working there was courteous and remembered the phone order the moment I walked through the door.
They did mess up my brother’s order.
Four stars.
Another sandwich they did mess up and on top of that it was extremely loose wrapped and items fell out when handling the sandwich.
Three stars.
Other than that everything is fine. I don’t expect much from subway as it is fast food I go there for fast food, quick and easy. However, I do expect them to not mess up a simple order that I’m very patient in ordering on. Overall, it was average. They didn’t mess up my order but just messing up a sandwich order is pretty bad. Customer service was good though.
