Wonderful experience! Took my car in immediately and diagnosed the problem promptly, finished my radiator replacement with related parts and showed all his work, then charged me less than initially quoted. My car was returned to me the same day. Knowledgeable for my auto needs and I recommend his auto care.

Great work. Convenient. And always done the same day. If he can’t promise you that, then he’ll let you know and ask you to bring in another day where he can work on it and get it done the same day if its not something NEEDED that day. I’ve worked with Toby for the past 17 years and I’ve never ever had any problems with his work, his professionalism. He’s always been honest, and helpful. Inexpensive good work.

Do not EVER go to this place! It’s very close to my office, so I thought I would give it a try for an oil change. The place was a mess. You couldn’t see the counter from all of the junk everywhere. The guy was sleeping (I woke him up). But I read the prior Unilocal reviews and thought it would be ok.
He reluctantly agreed to do my oil change for $ 35 (he wanted $ 45!). And I asked him if he could please remember to turn off my maintenance light. He starts hassling me for asking him to do it! Saying that was extra work! What? Couldn’t believe that, but I was late for work.
When I came back, he just rudely waves me at the car. I politely asked him if the maintenance light was off and he starts YELLING at me! I mean seriously yelling! He also wouldn’t take credit card (BIG red flag! What automotive place doesn’t take credit cards??) And now I probably have to take my car to another place anyway b/​c I have no confidence he ever changed the oil given what a jerk he was. Don’t trust this guy with your car!

Toby is a great mechanic. He’s been my mechanic for 20 years. I have referred my family and friends. Everyone has been very happy with his work. Great prices and reliable quick service.

I called to get a quote on my rear brakes fixed. The price he quoted me was what it cost. Great guy who does great work. I will always take my car here.

Yipee! A 75K checkup for $ 100! Toby, quite chinese guy, is super honest and very cool. I really enjoyed how he wasn’t bent on ripping me off. Everybody at Adobe down the street gets their cars repaired here! I will keep him for a long time to come…
