There is an employee who works here who is super helpful and has perfect customer service named Abenezer I think that was the name on his name tag… but he needs to be promoted or a raise ASAP.

There was on staff member yesterday who was so rude to her fellow crew member, I almost called her out on it. The guy was working the drive thru and needed change I’m assuming the give customer at his window because it seemed of urgency. He asked a lady, she was either manager or supervisor she was taking her time. He’s standing there waiting for her, she says I heard you already you have to wait. He said we’ll I gotta give them their change. Then she tells another crew member, «I swear I’m babysitting them, that’s why I don’t like working with them, and I like working with adults. Because I have to tell them what to do.» I felt bad for the guy, I felt belittled for him.

If I can give this location negative stars I would. I am thinking of taking this restaurant owner, or if it is corporate location through litigation for being verbally attacked by the drive thru cashier on February 1, 2016 in the evening hours. My family and I left the drive thru after I was attacked and when I told the cashier that I am going to complain to corporate he said straight up. «I don’t give a sh*t.» Tomorrow I am calling the employees boss and corporate. I also think the guy was a manager as well. I am telling everyone to avoid this place like the plague and I need to look at discussing this with my attorney.

Really bad experience, I ordered a burrito and I wanted to switch it immediately because I thought it’s small for me and instead of helping me the cashier called me «burro”(donkey) she thought I don’t know Spanish and when told her that I understands that she was calling me burro she didn’t apologize, when I got angry she refuse to take my order, really disappointed, bad people, don’t go to this place.

Had not been to any Taco Bell since my last review, but they brought the Lava Sauce back, so I was lured back. Hit their drive-thru twice in the last month, and both times, the food looked like someone had sat on it for a few minutes before bagging it. My first time back, they wrapped my burrito so that all the ingredients were divided up… beans only on one end, cheese and sour cream only on the other end. My second time back, they stepped it up, and gave me a taco with beef and sour cream only on one side, and lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes only on the other side. If this wasn’t done on purpose, then they’ve really gotta re-evaluate their hiring criteria because it takes a special kind of idiot to mess up the distribution of ingredients on a taco.

Crew doesn’t give a sh*t about their job. Drive thru service is always poor and rude. After getting my meal, I always want to stop and check before I drive away. And they rush me to leave even when there is NOONE behind me. Maira D.(or so it says on my receipt) is always rude. Never a smile or a thank you for coming, etc. And they’re very stingy on sauces. I got a big burrito and they only gave me 2 sauces. Are u serious? Couldn’t have added at least 1 more? I’m a student at the nearby college and I come here sometimes for breakfast or lunch. Their service has caused them to lose this customer for sure.

This has to be my favorite Taco Bell ever. I go to SJCC and often make it a point to come here on breaks before, between, and/or after classes. The servers are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and they always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! Minus only one star because I came here one morning and ordered an iced coffee and it tasted very watered-down. Other than that, I love this place.

Aweful, terrible, slow service. So-so, mediocre food. Most of the time the order is wrong. If you order something custom, do yourself a favor and open it before you walk or drive away! Just a straight up waste of time and money. Unless you like sitting around waiting and hearing others complain about their orders, go elsewhere.

Taco Bell, Taco Bell, Taco all the way! I recommend going in to order your food… and trying out the crunchwrap and the beefy five layer burrito. I wish I knew my cashier’s real name… because something tells me his name wasn’t «Tisha» like it said on my receipt. Oh well…(he was really nice!) I ordered two meals and the 12pack of Cinnabon Delights and everything was ready in just a few minutes. I had a smooth transition, friendly conversations with the staff, and felt that this location had a very relaxed atmosphere. To conclude, here is a haiku: Fast food burritos, Yo quiero Taco Bell, No tomatoes please.

Dang this place only averages 4 stars? This is my neighborhood Taco Bell. I’m ashamed to say I’ve been here over 100x(diet fail). Amazingly enough, I can’t recall bad service. Maybe my nice eyes and warm smile is contagious because their staff is always been nice to me. I think they’re 100⁄100 getting my order right and asking what type of sauce I want. What else you want from Taco Bell? Negatives 1. It’s sometimes tricky making a left when exiting 2. Don’t be surprised if anyone comes up to your car in the drive through on the late night asking for change

Not only did she raise her voice at my other, but she yelled at her and gave her dirty looks just because my mom asked a question. Unbelievable! i have no respect for a middle aged white woman who has no respect for her elders. Not only that, but she completely messed up our order and charged us the wrong amount! We had a big order and she tried to over charge us by $ 40. Fortunately there was a young, very helpful assistant manager who apologized and refunded us the original amount and then charged us the correct amount. Because of this young lady I give them 2 stars. Never again will I come here.

I am BEYONDPISSED! Today is 1÷21÷1310:45 pm i ordered at 10:28 The girl taking my order(Crystal C) Was making comments while i was taking my order. I think it’s EXTREMELY rude when cashiers say«uggh, oh my god» over the intercom because a customer is taking just a couple of seconds to get the order correct. It’s kinda hard to wisper under your breath into a microphone and try and play it off. When i came up to the window i asked the lady(Veronica) who happened to be the manager for the girls name and when i let her know what was going on Crystal then interrupted and try to justify her actions. I am in the middle of speaking to your manager. what makes you think arguing with me or talking back is going to make your situation any better? I dont know who trained this girl but something needs to be done ASAP. This is UNACCEPTABLE. The manager Veronica let me know that the store is switching from a Corporate run store to a franchise so i couldn’t get ANY numbers to speak with anyone. If you think im just a customer that’s going to forget about what happened, you’re thinking WAY wrong. I WILL let the new owners know what is going on. I have been coming here for my late night Baja Blast for a LOOOONG time and i don’t think i’ll be returning.

WHOA!!! I just ordered the XXL Nachos from here and found a hair sitting right on top of them as soon as I opened it… I started digging and found 3 more, I pray to god for anyone else that eats there that they are arm hairs and not the other kind if you know what I mean. Always look at your food before you eat it. This just killed my day and I am not hungry for anything now. Thanks a lot Taco Bell! This Taco Bell has some of the friendliest management and since I’ve been attending SJCC, it has quickly become my favorite. When I first moved nearby 4 – 5 years ago, I thought this was one of the most ghetto TB locations and it had no appeal to me. But the more I’ve visited, the more I’ve been pleased with the service I receive here. In particular, the managers that I’ve had experience with have been some of the nicest personable ones I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They remember you, ask how you’re doing and go out of the way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. For example, one time I visited a manager asked me how I was and if I wanted anything else. I had very little money at the time, but I knew I needed to eat more, so I said«sure!» I went up the counter and ordered a Double Decker Taco because it was the biggest item I could afford. But before I could even count my change, he had already paid for it himself.
