Honest shop at a fair price. Came by for an oil change and they took care of me. I didn’t have an appointment or anything. They didn’t have my oil filter in stock so they ordered it and it came in just a few minutes. Was in and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend.

I was referred by a friend and definitely glad I took his advice. The owner and staff have excellent customer service. I expect to see this business grow.

This is the one to go to. This family business is operated by people who are quick, honest, and skilled. The price is very reasonable. These are good, friendly, down-​to-​earth people. I found them on Unilocal and I’m glad I did.

This place is great. Last month I was there to fix a bunch of issues, cost me totally 600 bucks. These issues include: oil change, diagnose and replace my fuel sensor (because it failed smog check), diagnose and fix my 4 lights (not bulb issue, internal votage issue), diagnose and fix my mirror switch issue. Jonathon is very kind and helpful.

Let me start by saying I don’t do poor reviews often look at my profile I use this to brag about places and service not trash them. That said here goes. This place is a scam do not trust them. I don’t know how they got so many good reviews on Unilocal unless they put them in themselves or had friends do it. I will start from beginning. First wife goes to get smog they tell her she needs a new catalytic converter 500 to 700 bucks. I open the hood show them the new converter and O2 sensor’s installed last week. They changed the story car is good now. Then they come back saying the timing is off 16 degrees so the car won’t pass. But they can fix for 100 dollars. This car does not have adjustable timing. It is all done by the computer in the car it has a sticker on it under the hood saying no adjustment can be made to timing it is automatic. I show them this and was thrown out of the shop by the mechanic if you could call him that. Immediately took the car to another smog shop passed on flying colors. No extra charges needed. When the tech looked at the paper work from «the smog guy» said he was trying to rip you off you need to report them. I have reported him to BAR and BBB. And groupon how we found them. Don’t go there unless you know what you’re talking about. They still kept trying to lie after being caught.

We brought our car in for a smog test and it only took about 10 minutes. Service was great and the test was reasonably priced.

The technician walked from the back room when I entered the office. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service and will be back again in 2 years.
There was an adorable German Shepard puppy in the office. Would have give 6 stars if could pet the puppy.

I discovered this place on Unilocal and saw that they had a discount for checking in and also a Groupon available! I called them this morning for a smog check and there was no wait first thing in the morning.
They encouraged me to purchase the Groupon before coming in so that it could be processed in time. The place is a little difficult to find but they did have a little sign indicating their location.
The space is tight, but it’s not so bad if you come early or when there is no wait. I was in and out. The service was quick and my car passed the smog test. After the smog test, they electronically file the results with the DMV. They also print out a copy for you to take with you. In addition to the Groupon, I paid $ 8.25 for the processing fee. I just filled out the stub and check for the DMV so let’s hope I get my sticker in the mail!
The folks were really chill and nice. I also liked that they had some kind words posted on the shop walls!

Came by for a smog check the other day and it was quick and easy. Despite being on a small street, they were able to assist upon arrival!
The entire process was 10 minutes tops, including checking in and signing the paperwork!
They do take credit cards and price match other shops in the area! Check on Unilocal and/​or Groupon for promos too!
They’ve now expanded and do repair work on cars too!
…and they may be relocating across the street soon!

The Smog Man rocks! By far the best experience I have ever had getting my car smogged. K is super friendly and he and his staff are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was in and out with my completed smog check in no time at all.

Great customers service. Their front desk help was knowledgeable and was able to answers all my inquiry. Their car mechanic was very responsive and attentive to my car. Super convient for a smog check and other car tune up you may need… all in one place. I highly recommend this car shop.

Great business had some other place fail my car. Seemed kinda sketchy since my car is well maintained. (I change my oil, spark plugs, brake fluid ect pretty often)
My car did have a custom h-​pipe but it was made with the stock cats.
Passed with flying colors here same day as I had failed at another place.
They are car guys too. I brought my (then new to me) Bullitt mustang in a couple times. I failed one time due to having a custom tune. I had forgotten to drive 50 miles after reflashing the ECU back to stock.
They knew exactly what the problem was and I passed the next day when I retested.
If you’ve got a modded car these guy will likely know how to find the problem as to why you failed.

So I didn’t go to my usual smog place because I didn’t want to drive out to Campbell. I found the Smog Man on Unilocal and thought I’d give them a try.
This was the easiest and most painless process ever. Kulkaran had my car in and out in less than 15 minutes, he was professional and nice and his staff was great. The restroom was even clean, bonus!
I highly recommend if you want an easy, friendly smog guy.
