In my 14^th year, I have helped clients attain home ownership or assisting in marketing their home to facilitate their move to the next home. As a «hybrid» agent, I assist clients with commercial properties to buy, sell or exchange as well as investors looking for rental income opportunities (buy, sell or exchange). In analyzing the markets continually, I can provide my clients with the most appropriate strategy to use under varying conditions like multiple offer situations.

Business Owner

Born in San Francisco, and raised in Los Altos on the San Francisco Peninsula, I’ve attended colleges in Silicon Valley from Foothill College where I earned a AA degree in Real Estate, San Jose State University where I earned a BS degree in Business-​Finance and at Santa Clara University where I earned a Masters in Business Administration.

Earlier work experience included about 20+ years in accounting and corporate finance with most time spent in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. This environment helped me to gain experience in business, investments, analysis, negotiations, management. I apply these skills and experiences to the benefit of my real estate clients through well-​thought out and researched information on market conditions so that I can inform and advise my clients with the most appropriate strategy to employ so that they attain the real estate goals they want to achieve.

My negotiation skills are such that about 75% of offers submitted following my advice win!
