I have tried Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystems, even pills over the counter. Nothing seemed to work. I was afraid that I was going to just keep getting fatter because i had tried so many things that did not work. Then I found Dr. Jennings through searching the internet. I talked to some co-​workers and they told me that they knew another person at work who had done Dr. Jennings program and was happy with the results she received.
So after thinking about it I finally went to the free seminar. I learned that everything done in the program is natural and there were no side effects. That was everything that I wanted. So I signed up to so the program.
After starting the program I found out that the systems used in the program are like nothing else out there. It’s «really different» is the best way to describe it.
The equipment and procedures used are very cutting edge. I never knew that there were the different device they use even existed.
The results were amazing. The program was fast and easy. I noticed changes right away.
I lost 38−½ pounds in 2 months. I have kept the weight off for 10 months now.
I would recommend this program.

I had it in mind to go see Dr. Jennings in 2015, and though it took me until 2016 to accommodate appointments in my work schedule, it was exactly what I needed.
I grew up an athlete — I played tennis and basketball when I was younger, had my fair share of snowboarding, and played club sports in college. I was abroad for a couple of years in the Peace Corps, and when I came back I joined a rock climbing gym. I didn’t ever think I had any major injuries or needed to see a chiropractor, but after months of working up to climbing V4 routes, I noticed that I wasn’t progressing. After another month I found that the V3 routes were difficult, then regressed the V2s. Alarmed, I found Dr. Jennings through a friend of a friend.
Dr. Jennings is great. His office is great too — after initial introductions I was greeted at every appointment by name without fail. Dr. Jennings himself paid utmost attention to my health and my concerns. He pinpointed the exact causes of my symptoms, and explained how various past minor injuries could have lead up to my current state. He brought to my attention other problems I was having and corrected those as well.
I came to him mainly to get help with my balance (bike riding was unsafe for me) and a constant dull pain in my lower back. His adjustments corrected those issues, loosened my shoulder muscles, put a stop to daily headaches, and remedied my digestive system (Before the adjustments I was sleeping only on my left side because I felt nauseous laying down any other way). It was amazing!
All that to say, thank you Dr. Jennings for your holistic approach to my health — It’s great to have a fully functioning body to move with again.

I was partly immobilized on my right side from the right shoulder down to my foot. My neck is tilted on one side. It felt like my head is way too heavy for my neck and can’t hold my head up straight. Each steps that I took I felt the shooting pain from the foot up to the head. I had trouble swallowing food. I can’t even hold up a fork to finish a meal. I was in so much pain. Even painkillers doesn’t do much good. So I went to a family Dr. He immediately referred me to a spine and neck surgeon. Make a long story short. I had a ruptured C2 in the spine cervical. It was very bad judging from the MRI and x-​Ray. The surgeon demand an immediate surgery. I was scared so I went to a well respected spine and neck surgeon seeking a 2^nd opinion. He also told me the same thing. They both simply put I don’t have another option other than surgery. My situation was serious. I could face paralyze from the neck down with one wrong move. I knew I didn’t want surgery. A friend who is a chiropractor referred me to Dr. Jennings. I was a mess when I went in his office. After thorough examination he agreed to take me on for treatment. After 5 months of treatment I was fully recovered. One thing about Dr. Jennings, he is not a PR (public relation) Dr. If you’re looking for a Dr. to chit chat, he is not the right guy. But if you’re looking for a good Dr. that can fix you up than he is the one. He is a great doctor!!! He really cares for his patients. I am not sure why Dr. Jennings doesn’t get good reviews. I have referred many friends and families to him and they got great results too. Thanks Dr. Jennings for everything you have done for me. The facility is a state of the art chiropractic resource. Dr Jennings has invested in the latest equipment to support his patient’s recovery and health improvements. Just visit and take a tour, you will be truly amazed. I have been to various chiropractors over the years and have never seen anything that comes close to this offering.
Dr Jennings approach is holistic, he does extensive pre-​testing diagnosis to identify and explain areas in need of improvement. He has a huge interest and knowledge of nutrition and the workings of the body and spine, definitely an expert in spine manipulation and adjustment. I personally saw a marked improvement in the strength of my legs and arms as well as an evening in the balance of my weight between the left and right sides of my body.
He is continually adding to his wealth of knowledge and freely passes on helpful information to patients. He could talk with passion about the body and health all day and all night I have no doubt. I learned a lot and am so grateful. In the time I was there I saw a number of patients go from hunched over and clearly in pain to moving more easily and comfortably. My friend who referred me said he gave her «shoulders», her shoulders previously had no definition and with his help she is no longer wearing shoulder pads and she is so pleased.
With the high volume of patients, there can be waiting not just for the doctor, also for the machines, though these are minimized as much as possible. The staff is also knowledgable and efficient.
I recommend Dr. Jennings, especially if you want to get to the root cause of your health issues and get answers and relief. He is truly an expert and cares about his patients.

As a former athlete, I’ve seen a lot of massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, physical therapists, nutritionists, and doctors over the years. A lot. (Think …3 times a week for almost 20 years.) Tim Jenning’s is hands down the best. His whole body approach is nothing short of amazing. In just 4 months I have become almost pain free, think more clearly, sleep soundly, and feel great. I know it sounds like an infomercial, but its true.
Really, when I first called I just wanted him to adjust my neck. I tell him my neck hurts, so he adjusts my toes… sorry, what? I had just arrived from the southeast — so I think this is some Strange «California» thing but don’t argue. Immediately my feet feel great, it fixed my neck pain, and now when i run it doesnt hurt. It doesn’t get better than that. I immediately called my sister who flew in from Georgia to get hers done too. She’s comming back again next month to see him again.
Ive started on the exercise machines, and just finnished session #2. Range of motion is amazing. I feel strong again too. I really can’t say enough good things here. If you want to feel great, this is a good place to start. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give here!

Amazing chiropractor… was treated by him about eight years ago. He was very nice and very friendly very caring type of doctor. I was seen by him after a car accident and even though my insurance company stopped covering the fees, he still continued to see me a few times, no charge, which I greatly appreciate.

My mother has been treated by Dr Jennings for 5 months. To be honest, my first impression was that he was a bit stern. The fact is; he appeared to be stern because he wants what is best for his patients. He is a very caring doctor. He has a lot of different equipment to help his patients. He uses different technique to treat his patients. Customize treatment. The improvement that my mom had made since she received treatment by Dr Jennings is remarkable. I really have to thank him for «saving my mom» from being totally immobile. I admit that it has been quite a commitment. 3 times a week can be difficult. However, it’s worth it. I have been telling my friends about him. I think different people might response differently, but it’s worth trying. I am trying to persuade my husband who has pulmonary fibrosis to get treatment by Dr. Jennings. I am not looking for a miracle cure but that’s how much faith I have for him. I will write an update later.

I’ve been to several different chiropractors and a couple applied kinesiologist. In fact, I’m also a Board Certified Applied Kinesiologist. Many of the previous doctors I’ve seen in the past have also been very helpful but I never really knew that I could feel so awesome!
One of my good friends introduced me to Dr. Timothy Jennings. I felt great but I also felt that there were certain things that required a lot of energy that I could not do. Therefore, I just accepted this situation.
After Dr. Jennings evaluated me he came up with a diagnosis and a treatment plan that helped me in a completely different way. It was more in-​depth and effective than what I was ever recommended before.
Either way, I was told I had adrenal fatigue and to reach my full potential, I needed to follow a plan. The plan had several components that addressed: nerve supply, nutrition and life style.
After following his recommendation he gave me very specific chiropractic adjustments. I never realized how each adjustment needed to be specific.
Overall, I have more energy and endurance then ever before. I feel that I can live and express myself more fully with all this energy.

I was referred to Dr. Jennings by a friend who told me he could help me with headaches. Since I had been to chiropractors, acupuncturist, natural medicine doctors and several medical doctors I was skeptical. I got some relief but none had been able to help me for more than a few days.
When Dr. Jennings evaluated me he looked at how the nerves were involved. He did several tests including a neurological exam, x-​rays, EMG and nutrition testing. He found that I wasn’t getting the right nerve to work properly. He suggested very specific chiropractic adjustments and specific nutrients. I was told that less than .025% of chiropractors are board certified Applied Kinesiologist and are able to perform these types of procedures.
After the first adjustment I noticed a very big difference. After the third session my headaches were completely gone!
Dr. Jennings recommended a diet for my body type as well.
I would recommend seeing Dr. Jennings. One thing I noticed is that each session is different and specific to the person being treated.

I have been going to Dr. Jennings for several years now. I was originally referred by my friend and her husband who both have been to see Dr. Jennings since he was in school over 20 years ago.
I went to Dr. Jennings because of lower back pain that was getting progressively worse. I had been to several doctors, chiropractors and even acupuncturists. No one was able to help or even improve the condition I was experiencing.
Dr. Jennings was extremely thorough and several tests found out that the cause of my problem. He showed me on the X-​rays and MRI’s that there were several small problems in different areas of my spine than individually may not cause very much of a problem but combined added up to causing me severe lower back pain.
Dr. Jennings let me know my options and made his recommendation. I knew right then that he could help me. He was very specific and explained all about his suggestions.
I did start care with him and I noticed that he was extremely gentle and precise in where he was working and what he was doing. He told me that since I had my condition for a long time that my body needed specific vitamins and nutrients.
I followed his recommendations to the letter. Within a week I was moving without pain. I continued to get better and now I have restored my life to full function.
I am in my 50’s now. I have referred many people to Dr. Jennings and have seen him perform what was considered nearly impossible things with them to improve their health and reduce problems.

On 05−22−13, I went to see Dr Timothy Jennings. I mentioned to him my three basic problems and he assured me that he would take care of them. 1) cervical spine (moderate spinal stenosis), 2) lumbar
spine (anterolisthesis) and 3) ribs (costochondritis). I gave him the MRIs to have a better picture of my
situation and he promised me that he would take care of me. The whole treatment would cost me
$ 3,204.00 and I had to pay $ 1,602.00 (half) in the beginning. Which I did, the first day.
It did not take me too long to realize that all his focus, would be on my lower back and each treatment
did not take more than two or three minutes.
The first disaster for me, started when he used a heavy duty metal massager on my left side of my spine.
At that time the pressure of the massager squeezed my front ribs and flared up my costochondritis. The
result was, I could not sleep the next nights, until I found a pain doctor (Maia Chakerian) and she sent me
to the Silicon Valley Surgery Center for Intercostal Nerve Block with fluoroscopic guidance. I had to pay
$ 775.00 which was only the 30% of my co-​payment
I did not give up on him yet, because I thought he would take care of my neck pain (pinched nerve). He
continue to treat my lower back (few minutes) for the next two months and then he was sending me to the
decompression machine for extra lumbar treatment
On 07−31−13, I decided to remind him that he was ignoring my treatment for the cervical spine. Then he
adjusted my neck for few minutes. Then I asked him, «why have you never send me to the cervical decompression machine that you have in the next room» and his answer was «go ahead». When I laid on the machine, I noticed that I did not feel any motion and when I was reaching the last seconds of the 10 minutes that was programmed, the machine instead of decompressing me, it started to squeeze my head and my neck. The pain was intolerable for the next hours and days. I thought I came to him for improvement and it looks like that I will be disabled in the wheel chair. Who knows if the machine was defective or his female assistant did not know how to program it. When I explained to him what happened he said «I should have never let you, use this machine» but he never said, why.
I came back to his office, the next morning for a treatment and I was wearing a neck brace to reduce the pain and instead to call me, in his room for treatment, he was pretending that he was busy and he was going from one room to the other, without ever acknowledging me. After 45 minutes of wait, he decided to call me for treatment but he was not able to alleviate the pain. He recommended to come to his office again the next morning at 9:30 (Friday 08−02−13). That morning from 9:30 to 1:00 I called three times to talk to him and every time I was getting excuses from his secretary that he is not available, but he is going to call me back. Eventually at 2:45 he called me, to tell me that he will have time to see me at 4:00. I went at that time to his office, but he could not reduce the pain in my neck. I knew that I would have a very painful weekend.
The next week I found a pain doctor (William Hopkins), who helped me to recover with a cervical selective
nerve root block. He gave me one steroid injection on each side of my neck. This time I had to pay $ 1,000.00 out of my pocket, because he did not accept my insurance. I requested a refund from Dr Jennings to pay for the damage he caused, but he ignored me
He is a very unique doctor. First he never looks straight in your eyes. Second before he starts the treatment, he is going to ask you, to sign a legal paper that you forfeit you rights to send him to court in case of malpractice. According to the document, all claims must be arbitrated. I’m wondering how many patients have sued him so far. Third he is talkative until you sign the contract to pay him $ 3,204.00 and after that,
when he starts the treatment he is the man of few words, like: «lay down» and «get up». His style is assembly line

5)Why your secretaries do not stay with you more than two-​three weeks?

7)Yeah, it is time to write five star reviews for some excellent doctors, as well

Dr. Jennings is a one of the most professional people I have ever came across in my 50 plus years of life. I first went to him because I had severe knee pain which kept me from walking normally. I thought I had to be confined to a wheelchair as I aged. The very first day at his office, his adjustment led me to walking straight without any pain. I cried. Yes, he is a great chiropractor. I took my daughter to him when she was 17, because she complained of her back pain for many years but her regular doctor never properly diagnosed her condition. On the first day, he took X-​Rays from several different angles. What reveled was shocking. She had Scoliosis and we never knew it. He began working on her 3 times a week until she went off to college in a different state. Now, every time when she is in town, she goes back to him to get adjusted. She loves this doctor.
Because of his reputation, there are many clients come to his office. These people are very happy to wait 10 minutes for their time slot. I never thought this office herded people like cattle as the one who posted. The front office is beautiful with slow water fall and calm music. I took my husband there when he suffered from back injury. My husband is very critical of any professionals who are not up to his standard. With 3 treatments, he is like new and he will be going back for more sessions without me telling him.
I asked Dr. Jennings if I could pay fees as we go along rather than pay it in total sum up front. He told me Yes. His reason for suggesting many sessions as a package deal is to have patients go through complete process to improve their ailments. I understood what he was saying. In my opinion, Dr. Jennings is a very compassionate and intelligent person who wants to strike a balance between helping people through his skill and run a business.
I recommend him very highly. At least you owe it to yourself to go and talk to the best chiropractor if you need one. Then if you want him to be your chiropractor, you can discuss about the payment options. We all have choices to make. For my family, I made a right choice.

Let me begin by saying that Tim Jennings is that very best chiropractor that you could hope to be adjusted by. He’s amazing. I started going to him more than 12 years ago, and he’s worked wonders for me. He also spent a lot of time with me in each session, and he answered all my questions. (This was in the mid-​to-​late ‘90s).
Several years went by, and I saw other DCs (mainly because of the convenience of their locations).
About four years later I went back to Jennings. A lot had changed. Apparently word had gotten out about how good he is. He raised his fees by a gigantic margin, and his office was crowded with patients. It was a bit of a cattle-​call. He had three treatment rooms, and he was racing from one room to the next, spending a short while with each patient before moving on. Each room had a table with a patient lying on it, waiting for his or her turn.
When I had gone back, I was adjusted by him once, and then one of his office workers told me that I would need to pay more than $ 2000 in advance to receive a series of future treatments. He and his assistant also used scare tactics, telling me that if I didn’t start getting regular adjustments — for the rest of my life — I should expect to be virtually (or literally) crippled later on.
The session I had with him also lasted, literally, only a few minutes. I had several questions for him, but he kept inching toward the door and turning away from me as I asked, letting me know that he was too busy to talk.
I found a good chiro not far away who’s almost as good, who spends more than five times as much time with me, answers all my questions, and charges far less. Most importantly, I’ve taken up some very effective regular stretching exercises, and my back is now better than it’s been in 25 years. I’m not crippled yet, despite those warnings. Far from it.
Again, Jennings is great, but unfortunately he’s become too successful and greedy. When I went back to him he made me feel very unimportant. If you go to him, expect skillful adjustment, but also expect to pay about one dollar for every five seconds of his time, a huge up-​front payment, and a cattle-​call atmosphere.
