Way nicer than the old Student Union, but I miss the old one too :(Definitely more modern looking with more space! Love how there are like many many entrances into the student union which is quite convenient since students walk over from so many directions! To be honest the Student Union is still kind of plain and boring looking as there’s not much besides chairs, tables and not much decorations, but once you reach the middle food area it becomes busy and more lively. There are defintely more yummy food choices — there’s Taco Bell, Panda Express, In the Mix(salads), Le Boulanger, Jamba Juice, and some other choices! I like how we just pay at whichever«restaurant» we go to, since the old student union everyone paid at one location and it always got busy. Also there’s a lot lot lot lot of seating now along with some outdoor seating too! Also, lots of natural lighting coming into the building since there’s a lot of windows :) Overall, place is okay and I can’t wait till the other half of the student union is finished, but by that time I’ll be gone :(

I like the fact that there is a Taco Bell here in Union square. The lines are usually full during the afternoons so I usually wait for the evenings or maybe just a time when it is useful. The other restaurants are good as usual but I give more attention to the Taco Bell there lol.

A brand new dining facility with large open floor plan available to SJSU students, some of the restaurants offered at this location are 360 Grill, Bricks Pizza, In the Mix, Jamba Juice, Le Boulanger, Mojo Burger, Panda Express and Taco Bell. I wish that they had more healthier choices for students but I am happy with the overall design and the atmosphere.

Oh heyyyy… The new student union at Sjsu is up and running. The food court is called union square. It is SUPER modern building with comfortable and savvy indoor and outdoor seating. They accommodate for fast food and cheap college prices at some of the food locations and others can be a little pricey for a college student budget. Some food court options include; Le Boulanger Bricks pizza Mojo burger Panda Express Taco Bell Salad bar & snacks I went for Le Boulanger. They give you a buzzer which is nice if you are eating lunch with friends. We were all able to order, find a table, and wait until our order is ready. The service was fairly fast for a «new business»
