UYE Slowburn – Happy Hour Crawl

We actually went to 3 out of the 4 place we planned to go too… and if you count the Brits that’s 4 places!!! Great event… the planning was perfect and the execution was flawless.
I’ve said it over and over but it’s all about the people you go with and I couldn’t ask for a better crowd.
Most memorable moments:
— Cobber’s story… ask him about it. It starts with «So she was really drunk…»
— $ 1.95 Cheeseburger and fries at McCormick. (Late night happy hour)
— everything that JM did and say :)

McCormick’s and Schmicks — happy hr… at 930pm!!~~ HOLLER!!~ with a big ½ lb cheezburger, chili cheeze fries, and a mojito on the side. its my kind of place… now if they get crawfishies on this happy hr menu… i will be in love (ok sowie… i have another craving for them crawfishies)
firehouse — boo on people not staying… or not even showing up. cough*ron* cough*cough*KUYA JM*end cough**. ok yeah. i know it was super packed but still. i stayed 4 a bit while eveyone else went 2 the brit. i had me a couple drinks. one with a bartender and another with other friends.
the brit — quite entertaining since i was basically sober by the tym i got thurr.
the best part of my nyte might have 2 be when i was told i was ½ white and ½ white :0) …nah…not quite.
it was busting out the flip accent… on the way 2 nel’s car… nah…no not at all.
…almost getting kidnapped into vivid stil on the way 2 move nel’s car… nah.
oh wait… frills this tym… it was when me and other cuzzin fro got our inside drinks… FOR FREE!!~ w00t w00t!!~~ hehehe
gotta do this again kuya… just maybe at locations that are closer together. :P

«I Cant Feel My Feet «
Hahahahaha.

Although I only managed to find myself in 1 and ½ of the 4 hot spots, I enjoyed the company for that brief 2 hour period. Within that hour I managed to do the following:
3 Mango Mojitos
1 perplexed look at JMC for his «I can’t feel my feet» comment.
2 Huge hugs for dance-​off requesting Jeannette Z and Spaghetti cat loving Michael H.
½ Conversation with Robotron Mary about how she made some dope ass machine.
¾ Smile with DotheBob regarding his talents on the Mic.
Same ¾ Smile with Ryan V. after meeting him, and thinking he was not from the US of A. My bad.
Everything else revolved around the Andy Warhol looking hipster at the Brit, the $ 1.99 cheese burger that was dry, and roaming the streets of an «empty» San Jose.
Thanks for the memories, and sorry for the lack of booty shaking.
I think the Brit guy had enough thunder for all of us!

Dang, only caught part of the night, but from what I saw at McC’s, round 1 at Koji’s must have been awesome. Will try to make it next time.
You rock JM, that night was killer awesome.

Great times! I’m glad that I met MORE Unilocalers, I apologize for my speech impairment for all those that I have met last night. I had way too many drinks. Overall, Kuya JM did a good job!
I got a little carried away at Koji with the cocktails, the calamari and fried chicken… I didn’t have any food the whole day, so mind you Unilocalers for stuffing my face with the appetizers. Thanks to Jaye’s bf, Adam for buying me that drink… mmm, sweet!
I enjoyed the yummy apple cinnamon crisp cocktail, burger (split in half with Cobber L.), and chili cheese fries (gave the remaining to Cobber L.) at McCormick’s.
Too bad it was crowded at Firehouse, but the night ended on a good note at the Brit (Britannia Arms). Darts got thrown at Jackson (just kidding) while drunk… naw, he was my partner since I no longer could get my coordination working anymore. Nel… thank you for buying me a drink. I had enough after that last one.

RE-​EDIT: For those of you that I met for a quick second and didn’t get to talk to you much, I apologize. You know, getting drunk and all… hard to place names with faces. I would love to see you all again next time… sober! =)

What a fun time I had with all the Unilocalers last night. JM you sure know how to host a UYE (drunk and all!)
Stop #1: Koji’s– Loved the cocktails here as usual. Nice to start of the night with the sake bombs and some food
Stop#2: McCormick’s and Schmicks– The $ 1.95 cheeseburger did not dissapoint. Fun time and this was where I think the group of Unilocalers doubled in size. Seeing Unilocalers take over the front patio was hilarious but the staff did a great job in accommodating all of us and food/​drinks came out quickly.
Stop#3: Firehouse– which was WAAAYYY to crowded and no way we would have fit all the Unilocalers in comfortably so we went to Brit Arms which was great. Drinks were reasonably priced, they had some decent music going with a small dance floor and even a dart board for those so inclined.
Overall GREAT time had by all that I brought to the event. It was fantastic to meet some Unilocalers I always see active in the Unilocal community in person!
