Shittiest service. Rebecca who is the supervisor/​manager has no clue what she is doing.
The owner Pat… Obviously employs incompetent people to run this operation.
How do you pick up a person late…
Then get ready to drop them off at a wrong facility upon return… and pass the buck and blame it on you’re workers opposed to taking responsibility for being an incompetent piece of shit!

V+B Transportation has been really good to me and my loved ones. I get them at least 3 times a week for different patients. Like any other company they have there ups and downs. I definitely don’t mind wating the 30 – 45 minutes after the appointment. If you give them good details they seem to work fine. Some drivers are more professional than others but that’s no problem to me as long as I get to where I have to go.

It’s unfortunate to have to post, but my experience with V & B Transportation has been shockingly negative. As a health care professional I interact with a number of different transportation services with both positive and negative points. V & B Transportation has impressively maintained a very poor standard. I have had delicate patients wait for hours, no call no shows, unsafe drivers, rude dispatch managers, and non-​maintained equipment. When asked for recommendations for non-​medical transportation I will be steering my patients clear of V & B Transportation.

No stars should be given. I help the elderly with their appointments and sometimes I have to ride with these guys. They take so long to pick you up! It’s ridiculous I had to wait at least 2 hours. It happended to me like 3 times already. I don’t know what the hell these guys do. Your better of with Outreach or UBN.

Actually, no stars review. Horrible service. My father has been waitting for 2 hours after the appointment to be picked up. When I called back and told them that I will be complaining to the Anthem Blue Cross about their service, they just told me, that’s OK.

Never, never, never use this company. Our patient waited today for 2.5 hours to be picked up after her cancer treatment. We called 4 times! Really, they don’t care about the people they are transporting.

They neglect the patient, they are so unprofessional the driver kept talking on the phone while driving that is against the law them he was offering food to the patient that is a no no, he had no idea what kind of diet the patient had, I call for pickup at 1:30 they showed up at 4:05 pm letting as to wait in the cold, the driver told as it will take 15 minutes for them to pickup as, they should have their license revoke.
