My coffee experience began one rainy day in 1994, when I entered Vigal Coffee in downtown San Jose, Ca. I ordered an espresso and started a conversation with the owner about his sample coffee roaster. Within a month, I was roasting coffee for Vigal Coffee on a Probat L12 and then later on a G25 roaster. In the last ten years, I was the regional distributor for illycaffè in Northern Nevada and parts of California
