This guy selling almost BOLD tires for near new tire prices.
Don’t waste your time and go search at other places.

I won’t recommend this place the owner tells u one price on the phone and when u get there he will change the price of the tires bad customer service no one helps i will never buy there

Been coming here for nearly 5 years now and the speed quality selection everything’s top notch. Joe always takes great care of me and all my friends’ cars. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good tire shop. The spot might not look like all that but looks can be deceiving. A lot of those «nice» looking places will rip you off or even mess your car up. This is my spot and will continue to be!

VIP must stand for Very Ignorant People. Just is how the employee sounded when i called. Very poor customer service. I called to see if they had my tire in stock. He said they did but would not check the tread level or brand they had. He just said they are all 40,50,60 tread. I called like 10 other placed and every other place would check and give me the brand name. So i decided to go to elsewhere.

I just called this place to ask if they have a used tire for my car. They were so rude that I couldn’t believe it. They have the tire but he didn’t want to tell me the price or the tread left. He just said he is going to decide when I get there or I can go somewhere else. Wow! It looks that they do not need customers. I will never go there because this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. I just hope that this place receive so much business how much customer service it gives and this would be zero.

I just left this place an hour ago. I needed a used tire for my blue 99 windstar. I was met by what im assuming was the owner.
«YOUR CHOICE IS 45 50 OR 60!»
But I got 4 tires new on this van for 135, is that your best price?

So i look for the new prices online. Sure enough his prices were new prices for used. When I showed him he said, «YOU SHOULD GO THERE»

If I could give these guys — stars I would. I bought brand new 4 set of tires from these guys and after was hearing noises from my rear tire and took it back because it sounds like they forgot something inside or broken my tire pressure sensor. When I went back they were so rude man how can you be like that I just bought a set of tires and was going to buy a set for my other car but man these guys are so scandalous they were telling me I drove on a flat tire so my tire pressure sensor broke off but I never drove on a flat I mean I just got them it’s been a week. The asian guy was so rude and accused me of driving on a flat and I told him no but if I did it would be obvious but the asian guy the owner I guess said if you keep accusing us we would charge you $ 60, can you believe this this guy for a $ 10 tire sensor that obviously they broke gave me this much problem. After they fix it with a wire can you believe it. He still fixed it but very poor and unsafe. I have never seen bad service like this. Do not go to these guys they are a very very BAD !!!

Avoid this place … Especially you are a woman. Hung is giving you low pricing … Then jack it up once you arrived. Switch and bait or what ?

Super dishonest business. They practice the good old «Bait & Switch» on you. They advertise good prices and even confirm them over the phone. Then switch up the tire/​price when you get there. Ended up buying from them due to a time crunch and already being there. Wont go back again.

Came here to get couple tires replaced and to get an alignment. Since I brought two tires of my own, they only charged me $ 15 for each side to dismount, mount, and balance. The owner was kind and did not charge me for tire disposal like America’s Tires. They did a superb job with the alignment. I would definitely recommend this place for alignment and to mount and balance.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. The owner/​manager is dishonest. Wish I saw other reviews before I drove to them.

Owner has horrible attitude, and tried to rip me off for 2 ok tires, will never go here or recommend anyone to this place, ill stick with fieros and tire merchants, nice people with good service and prices.

Ok I am only giving four stars because an employee named Carlos has awesome customer service and is very meticulous about handling rims. I never would choose this place if it wasn’t for the guy I was trading wheels with per his request. I wouldn’t even review the place if he didn’t take over for his incompetent coworker.
Carlos is very knowledgeable. I quote Carlos, «I treat customers stuff like it were my own». Very respectable coming from an employee of a hole in the wall shop. Handled my specialty rims with care.

These guys are spammers on craigslist. Plus, they write adds that are deceptive, making them look like they are in Milpitas, Los Gatos, etc. Maybe they think themselves clever.
Usually I avoid companies like them. However, I was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a few minutes to check out the place. While I was there another customer was buying tires for an SUV he was selling.
The tires they sold him were full of water even after several attempts to empty the water. That will cause problems with balance and shakes in the car.
If all you want some cheap tires so you can dump your used car on some sucker, then this is the place for you. Me, I went elsewhere to a shop that took credit cards and offered a written guaranty.
My opinion: if they will cheat readers of craigslist with phoney ads, then they won’t give you a good product.

This business is not honest. They were selling me a set of tires and one of them turned out to have a nail and needs to be replaced. They told me to change to a different set of tires and one of them I heard him saying to the technician, «Do not tell him about the tires». From this I can tell that this business is tricky and I will not go there or recommend anyone from going here.
They ended up giving me a different tire and didn’t say anything about it. Just said this is a good $ 90 tire. BS! AVOID THIS PLACE BIG TIME!

This place has the cheapest new LT (light truck) tires that I could find in the South Bay. They are cheaper than the online places even. Their office is a converted bungalow. Their shop is pretty much just the patio with a canopy overhead. They don’t even have a lift. They jack your car up with floor jacks. Humble digs aside, you can’t beat their price, and I feel their work is pretty solid. Their $ 40 alignment is possibly the cheapest in the South Bay as well.
Caveats:

2. Get the total ‘Out the door’ price nailed down on the phone, before you swing by.

The owner, a vietnamese chinese guy, seems like a nice guy, but he tends to name prices off the top of his head. So, like I said, get the price nailed down on the phone before you come to the shop, and re-​confirm the agreed upon price once you get to the shop. Follow my caveats and you will have find great value here.

This place has mix reviews because. This tire shop is basically a pick and pull for used tires theres some good ones and bad ones so bring a flashlight, gloves and depth gauge. Joe said prices are based on the thread life and brand. I got 2 Pirelli tires with 70% life for a good price. Just know your tire size and Joe will help you find one within your budget. Brand name tires even if they’re used has better quality and will last longer than generic Chinese brands. They provide great service and will mount and install the tires for FREE. Just come with a positive attitude and you’ll leave happy.
Brands I saw were Michelin, Firestone, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Pirelli, Continental, Goodyear and Falken.

This place was an… Unusual experience.
These guys SPAM the heck out of craigslist. And when I say spam, I mean every second listing is for them.
It’s run by a young asian guy named Joe, who is pleasant enough but has zero customer service skills.
If you call up to ask if he has a particular tire in stock? ‘Yeah we got it’, size? ‘Yeah we got it’, Brand/​model? ‘Yeah we got it’.
Go down to the store, and it’s another story. The only tires in stock were off-​brand Chinese and Taiwanese tires, something better not used when putting your families safety on the line. I also witnessed the staff offer another customer a ‘cash, no tax’ deal — Isn’t that illegal?
They DO however, have cheap second hand tires, if that’s your sort of thing. I ended up going elsewhere to get some new, quality brand-​name tires.

The people that work there were actually pretty nice. 2 star for that, as well as the huge selection of tires.
Other than that, this place is pretty overpriced. I was asked $ 90 for a used tire in «good condition». You get the idea. However, you can negotiate the price.
Go to this place only if you know what you are looking for, and how much you should pay for it. Also make sure you bring a tire gauge and a flash light with you, or ready to be ripped off.
