Pat was hired to do some work for my attorney, the agreed fees were supposed to be $ 250, and if it went over that amount I was to receive a phone call to discuss the amount above and beyond that total. Total bill came to $ 875, and numerous attempts to contact Ms. Watt by both phone and e-​mail went unanswered. I was then issued a notice from her office that I was delinquent and avoiding payments, despite my best efforts to contact her on multiple occasions. When I finally did talk to her, she said she would «review my file and get back to me», never happened. I now call her until I get her to answer the phone, and am filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to her unprofessional conduct, and failure to abide by our signed agreement.
