Excellent Customer Service. I have a 2001 BMW 330cic with a rear alloy wheel with two cracks. I called up to ask about cost and they gave me an estimate on the phone. They asked a few questions about the cracks (pattern, location, size) and then told me that whenever they see a wheel with more than one crack, they don’t recommend repairing it as more problems are likely to occur with that wheel. So I will go out and buy a new wheel.
The guy I spoke with was friendly, and not only gave me the info I wanted (price) but told me not to spend my money on repairs, so I don’t have problems in the future. I appreaciate that they looked at for me and told me not to do a repair in my situation! Awesome. I love reputable businesses that have the customers best interest in mind! Thanks guys.

Great service! Jerry came and took a look at my bent rim at my house! He determined he could fix it. He took my rim away and came back the next day with a nice straight one. The wheel balances perfectly now. I can’t give enough credit to this service. The other shops around town said it would be a minimum of a 4 day turnaround (these guys do it in 24 hours) and the cost would have been more. My wheel was $ 125.00 out the door. With front door service these guys can’t be beat! A++++
