What an amazing experience it was working with Sheeba Sharma.
We were fed up with our buying agent, and so we started just calling agents who had listings… perhaps they’d be willing to represent us as the buyer on the house. We saw a Silver Creek listing that had potential, and called the agent, Sheeba Sharma. Her listing was pretty run down, and she was extremely up front and honest about the condition of the home.
While on vacation in Disneyland, we saw another listing come up that we really wanted to move on quickly. Not having any other agent to work with, we called Sheeba. We had never met, but nonetheless… She exploded into action, and we got pre-​approved for a loan and made an offer on the house, all while working out of the business center in the Grand California hotel. We almost got the house, but it had five offers on it, and we lost out to an all-​cash offer at the same price.
Impressed with her hard work, we continued working with her for several months. She was always available. A great communicator by both email and phone (and text!). She would always go out of her way to show us a house, and even when she had to sit in 90 minutes of traffic one time to help us view a house that didn’t have much potential, she never appeared irritated or upset.
When we finally did find the house we wanted, the transaction went very smoothly. Sheeba was always on top of everything, and continually followed up with the loan agent and the selling agent. She always was prepared with documents we needed to sign. We felt like we were very well taken care of.
Sheeba would also do a lot of things she didn’t really have to do, such as meet with various contractors for estimates… and she even took the garbage cans in for us one night while we were in a rent-​back situation and hadn’t moved completely into the house yet. Perhaps it is because we have developed a friendship with Sheeba over the course of our home purchase that she did these nice things for us, but then again, I really believe that from the beginning, she was the kind of agent that would always go the extra mile.
If you are looking to buy a home in Silver Creek, she is among the best (if not the best) for knowing the ins-​and-​outs of that neighborhood, and understanding the various sub-​areas, the nearby schools, etc.
I couldn’t recommend Sheeba more strongly.
