At first the ladies asked for help and i said no. My fault. It took me another hour to look in other stores before i came back here in desperation. One of the girls (dark skinned, skinny, long black hair) i think she might be a supervisor asked me again if i needed help and she could tell i was frustrated. She finally said are u looking for a white dress? And i was like yesss i cant find one in the entire mall. She started looking in the store and found me a white pencil skirt. Although it wasnt a dress it ended up being a perfect match with a gold top i bought at guess.
The only con to this skirt is that my friend spilled her drink on me and although i used shout and washed it, the stain (coke and rum) wouldn’t come out. Skirt was only good for one night

This staff was nice, helpful, and friendly with my wife when we went into the store. I love how all these low-​star reviews seem to be from gals who weren’t treated like royalty when they walk into a store. It was busy when we went in, but the staff still helped and were very quick to assist everyone. It’s not a big store, so I’m sure it can get crowded, but if you go in understanding the world isn’t against you and you’re not the only one in the store, you’ll be fine. My wife found everything she needed, the gals helped her find some extra accessories, and we left happy. Chill out, princesses. You’re not going to get 1-​on-​1 help at every store. If you want that, go to a car dealership. You’re waiting a few minutes to buy a shirt. Relax.

Monday 09÷07÷15 2:30pm — I called ahead and asked a worker to put one item on hold, came 2 – 3 hours later to pick it up and it wasn’t even there. –_​_​– I would’ve gave her a piece of my mind, but was told that her shift was over before I got there. I should’ve known the dimwit couldn’t do her job when she didn’t even ask for my name to place the item on hold. I honestly don’t know how some people get hired when they can’t even do their job right.
One star for the effort that the manager put out to help me search the store. She told me to leave my name and number in case that item gets restocked probably as a nice gesture… I honestly feel she didn’t care about the store or customers because she didn’t even put out any effort to find out who the employee was who made me waste my time driving all the way there for nothing. Probably asked me to leave my number just to get rid of me. It’s funny cause I had to be the one asking her for the stupid post-​it, when if her-​half ass really gave a shit about an angry customer she would’ve got to the bottom of it or immediately handed me a pen and paper instead of me having to REMIND her.
Let’s see if they actually will contact me, pft. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t.

This place has the worst customer service I ever experienced by far! When I walked in the store no one bothered to greet me or asked me if I needed any help.
I finally found some pieces and wanted to try them on at the dressing room. I stood there for 2 minutes waiting for someone to direct me to a room. No one was there so I decided to take a number for my items and go into an empty fitting room.
The woman I believe to be the Store Manager wasn’t at all nice or friendly. She just seemed very self important. When I went up to make a purchase she didn’t even smile and ask me how are you? She had no interpersonal skills what so ever! I’m surprised someone like her was in that position.
I don’t think I would go back to this particular Windsor store ever again. None of the employees were friendly or helpful! I rather take my business else where.

I called in recently to ask about a dress I saw online. Initially, the associate Mila stated they had no way of finding the item in the store, however, she took the product number down and found it for me. She was very nice about it too. I came in to try it and even though I did not end up buying it (it was so see through), I did notice a difference in the associates. They were all fresh faces to me that day and were all really nice and helpful. I think they may have been new to the store too since they didn’t have a great command on where to find their products in the store itself but like I said, they were very nice about looking. Although I did not buy the dress, I had to come back and update my review since I feel they are listening to their customers.

Don’t shop here. The manager is so rude. The girl in front of politely asked to put something on hold and the manager flat out said no. Blank stare and offered no explanation (they stop holding at 8pm). Nudged the girl away. I was next and I said I had a hold from earlier and she rolled her eyes at me! What the heck?! Ok, so I said the girl who had my clothing item on hold said she’d give me a discount on the item but left no note on the skirt for the employees later on (she left work). The manager said I could not get the item for the discounted price very rudely and said, «So did you get a name? Who told you that? I don’t know why she’d say that, I’m not allowing that».
Wow, okay. The one and only time I was going to buy something from this place.

I was in here February 20^th at 3:30pm about to buy a dress. I set it down momentarily and it was taken away from me. The associate was very rude, with an attitude and was correcting me on how to speak! As soon as she picked up the dress from me when went to the other associate that was on the register and began to talk badly about me infront of other costumers. I confronted her because as a costumer I do not expect to be treated that way. She continually said that she wasn’t my servant and she wasn’t going to clean up after my mess. My intentions were not to leave a mess, I was going to buy the dress before I began to be harassed. Both of the associates embarrassed me and I felt very humiliated and that’s not anyway to treat a costumer. She was being racist towards me and I demand an apology. I was a loyal costumer to Windsor but don’t plan to go there ever again. I’ve never gotten «good» costumer service there no one has ever approached me. I have worked retail in the past so I know how it goes. My managers always trained me to be respectful to costumers and even if they left a mess, MY job was to keep there store in the best conditions. Very disappointed. Something needs to be done about this

Would give 0 if could. Store manager is a joke! Kicks people out because they have their own opinion. Her name is Marissa D. My sister said the F*** word while in the store and the store manager told her «we don’t tolerate that language in this store and if you don’t like it you can just leave!» After trying to get the number for corporate she kicked me out as well because I asked for the number of her corporate manager. I will still continue to try and get the number to get this woman the training she needs! The worst customer service I have ever received. I have never been treated so poorly as I was at this store!

For both my junior and senior prom, this is where I got my dresses! Beautiful dresses, amazing quality, and affordable prices.

I posted screenshot from the private messages sent to my Unilocal account from the manager I was complaining about! She called me a liar, said I’m dishonest & making false reviews, she attacked my integrity & claims to have some herself! If I was angry with the customer service & employees for their treatment before, now I’m even more upset & angry! I am NOT a liar & this Ciarra was clearly who kicked my grandmother & I out of the store! Every word of my review was truthful & honest, this girl makes me sick! Good thing she «no longer works for the company»…I’ll take that to mean they finally found some sense & fired her!!! Hopefully she doesn’t work in retail anymore & won’t ever ruin another shopping experience for other people! Based on the other reviews for the store, she wasn’t a very good employee! Ps it’s only 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option!

First time coming into this store, and wow… I have never been treated so Inappropriate, especially coming from a so called «store manager» I believe she called herself Ciara, it’s a shame to have a new store that just recently open, but by the looks of customers service they are providing, does NOT look promising for their future business, loosing customers, before gaining them. By reading these other reviews, I guess I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience at Windsor store. The corporate should really look into the store manager at the Oakridge mall, that they have running the Windsor store. I could not even get a smile from the store manager, awful experience. will definitely be letting others know about the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, I received from Windsor, located at the Oakridge mall, unsatisfying customer service.

Called the store and asked if they can look up an item for me that I’ve seen online. The lady on the phone tells me that there’s an «find in stores» option on the page. So I hung up and checked (pretty sure I would have seen it the first time). I checked again, and as the first time, didn’t see that option so I called back again. The same lady answered the phone and when I told her I couldn’t find where it said to find in stores, she acted as if her life was gonna end and gave me the hella attitude.
Employee: There’s an option on every clothing item that you click on to see if we have it in stores
: Well I checked again and I didn’t see it
Employee: Do you have the style number?
: Yes
Employee: K (LITERALLY SHE JUST SAID ‘K’)
*Gives style number*
…a second after
Employee: We don’t carry that item at my store, ok bye, have a good day
*Quickly hangs up*
I don’t think it was that hard to search up an item the first time if it only took you a second. Unless she didn’t even check, which I’m sure of.

I’m surprised to see negative reviews for this place. Fortunately, my experience here a few days ago was enjoyable.
I was in the mall looking for a Dapper Day at Disneyland outfit. I was getting frustrated with the poor customer service in every store I walked into, as well as the poor selections.
I walked past this store, which I had never heard of nor noticed before (I found out later that it’s been here for about a year.) A light blue Cinderella-​like tulle skirt caught my eye.
I walked in and wandered around; an employee named Kia greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I explained to her what the occasion was. She provided some suggestions, and offered to start a fitting room for me. She came back to check in with me and retrieved some different colors and sizes.
Overall, I was initially hesitant to buy from here because it seems to be geared towards a younger crowd. Some dresses are very cutesy & would be perfect for a high school prom. However, they do have some contemporary items that could be appealing to a woman in her early-​mid 20’s. The prices lean toward the expensive end of the spectrum. But the service I received was super helpful. Although they have sales goals, I never felt pressured into buying anything. I ended up buying a crop top for ~$ 7 and the Cinderella-​ish tulle skirt for ~$ 34.

This place is great! More a boutique feel with a variety of casual, club, and evening attire. I bought two mermaid style gowns for my company holiday party, both made well with a flattering mermaid style cut. One gown was a standard 179.00, and the second was a STEAL for only 39.00 bucks! I half expected the cashier to do a price correction at checkout, but I walked out with two evening gowns for less than 230.00 bucks.
Aside from the gowns they carry loads of skirts, jackets, tops, and dresses. Quality is not superb, but the price makes this place a winner.
Staff is attentive, but my favorite hands down here is Karen. She is insightful, listens to your needs, and has a great eye for pairing up items for a great look! Karen informed me they get new shipments every Thursday.
This place carries clothing that is suitable for a variety of body types and preferred styles. Drop in!

Not much of a selection. Very small store in oakridge mall. Found 1 shirt i liked. Everything else here is overpriced and way too dressy for a casual look.
