Let’s just say this place is the shit! My bf and I are more than pleased with our experience. The car was really bad. Dai Nguyen just handled it. Not only did he keep us informed (without having to call him) daily, but he did an excellent job in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this shop and Dai if you need any kind of body work done! Let me start off by saying that this place is wonderful! After my Toyota Sienna was damaged I was referred to this place by a friend. The process was easy and simple. All of my needs were met and I felt really comfortable trusting this place with my van. I have to say that my experience here was great and I would definitely refer all my friends here.

Great group of people and excellent service. Dai made the process very easy to understand and was welcoming of any questions that were needed to be answered. Couldn’t ask for an easier explanation of the process and estimation. Well recommended.

I was referred to Xcel by a friend after telling him how disappointed I’ve been in the past with Autobody repairs. I’ve been a mechanic for over 20 years. I have OCD so you can imagine how difficult it is to have something like this done for me. I’m asked continually by customers where to take their cars for repairs that I cannot do myself. I only give referrals to places that I know are top notch from personal experience. I cannot risk jeopardizing my reputation sending a customer somewhere their not going to be 100% satisfied with. This place was no exception.
I dropped my car off for some insurance work to be performed. I had already had my car inspected by the «at faults» insurance company. I was a little concerned that their estimate didn’t have everything written down that were damaged in the accident. For one the radiator was leaking and the AC didn’t blow cold anymore. Yet it was NOT included in the estimate. Within 2 hours I received a text from Xcel with my car COMPLETELY disassembled with pictures advising me that more damage had been found and he had already contacted their insurance with a request for more repairs to be authorized. The next day I woke up to more texts with pictures of the new parts he had already received and more work they had performed on the frame straightener. He also advised me that he was just waiting on more parts to arrive. Within a day or two I received another text showing me the parts in boxes and then the parts installed. I was again advised that more parts were on order. He then told me that he was not happy with the fitment of the reconditioned parts they had received and that he had put in another request to insurance for DEALER parts.
So let me explain… Cheap insurance companies force repair shops to use RECONDTIONED and aftermarket parts to save money. The only way for you to get around it is for the parts to not fit correctly or not be available. Xcel assembled my car and was not happy with the way they fit. At this point they had to put in another request for NEW parts. As you can imagine this is not an easy task telling insurance their going to have to spend triple the money. Within a day or two I was contacted by Xcel that the request had been granted and parts were on order, I was ecstatic.
A day or two later I received a text from Xcel informing me the new Hood and Bumper had been received and also a picture of them painted. And again advised they needed to dry sufficiently before installation.
And then they sent a picture of my COMPLETED car… I was floored at the speed at which my car was done. I felt as if I was sitting their the whole time watching everything they had done because I was that well informed.
I want you to ask yourself a question. In your entire life, how many times have you been 120% satisfied with something that someone else has done for you? I can HONESTLY say that my number would be 1% of the time. I’m NEVER happy with the care and lack there of that I get from others. It just doesn’t happen very often these days. I personally put my heart and soul into EVERYTHING I do… I’m still dumbfounded and ELATED with the repair done to my car with such professionalism. If you don’t choose this place to have your car worked on your truly missing out on a really crappy situation being made AWESOME.

It seriously does NOT get better than this place! I’ve had a lot of vehicles, taken them to a lot of shops. Some shops that were owned by close friends.
I have become accustomed to just accepting imperfect body work, being told «That’s as good as it’s going to get.»
So sure enough someone decided to eff my Honda up AGAIN!
My bf’s friend recommended this place and I really didn’t care anymore since there were always tiny flaws left over no matter where I took my car for body work.
The bf brought the Honda in, and I literally felt like I was Dai’s only customer!
The care and time he put into our car was incredible!
This guy updated us every single step of the way.
He sent pictures, and texts everyday just to keep us in the loop with what was happening.
We got the car back SOOOO flippin fast and it’s P.E.R.F.E.C.T.
He’s very reasonable, you won’t be disappointed!

My front door had damage from a crowbar. Within 5 minutes I was in and out and the technician helped fix the seal. Everyone was extremely friendly and I had a very good experience. Definitely going back if if I ever need more body work. Thanks!

Someone had backed into my car in a parking lot. Brought my car in for estimate. Dai was very professional and helped me through the whole process with my insurance. They fixed my car good as new. Very happy with the results!

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I thought that this place went above and beyond for the customer so thought it was only fair to share my experience .
Normally people hate dealing with the post-​accidental problems but Xcel collision made it a very quick and easy process.
I own a 2008 scion xb and was involved in rear bumper collision. I was recommended to Xcel collision so I called in and made an appointment to drop off my car. When I got there I was instantly greeted by Dai and the friendly staff. They were very reassuring that it would be good as new and that they would use all authentic parts to fix it (not like the refurbished parts the other insurance shop wanted to use) .
During the whole process Dai kept me updated with picture txts of the car stage by stage and information about the repairs in progress. When the accident happened it damaged my rear view camera and sound system .Most collision shops don’t do electronics so I was happy when Dai took the extra effort to outsource a local shop that specializes in electronics to fix it .Also they re-​bolted on my loose bumper on the front for me which I was concerned about from a previous time .
What I found was also very helpful was the fact that I was able to drop my rental car off at Xcel when I picked up my car. Dai took care of everything, contacting the rental car company and had everything ready to go for me when I arrived .
I am very happy with the work that was performed, it looks good as new and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking fix there car at place with great customer service 5 star+

Xcel painted and installed a new bumper on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were able to match the metallic body paint better than the original bumper. Excellent, friendly, service, would do business with them again.

Xcel Collision Center did an excellent job on my bumper. Someone had hit my car and it was an insurance job. Dai was very professional, courteous and kept in constant contact with me. They were also very quick and also had my car washed for me. Can’t ask for more than that!

This place was very professional. They kept me up to date with pictures of my car. It was all done in a timely manner. I will definitely come back and refer to friends and family. Ask for Dai.

I needed to get my cars clear coat retouched and these guys hooked me up. Made an appointment with Xcel and dropped it off for a few hours. They gave me a call when it was done. My car came out to me looking all cute and shiny. I was very happy with their service and customer service.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review for a shop, but I was very impressed with the customer service at Xcel. I really appreciated the frequent update texts that kept me in the loop with their discussions with my insurance adjuster, when/​how/​where they would source the necessary parts, and the quick turnaround. It gave me comfort knowing what was going on. They also showed me the bent mounting brackets and my original bumper which was damaged.
Their shop is kept very tidy and organized (frankly, never seen a shop this well organized). They gave me constant updates. They were never ever pushy (sometimes shops can be aggressive). Customer service is top notch. That pretty much summarizes my experience.

Long overdue review…
The rear bumper of my 08 Acura TL had been swiped by a neighbors car so I was looking for someone to do a paint job on the rear bumper. After talking to some friends, I found Xcel Collision Center and contacted Dai. He took great care of my car, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond! I will definitely be back for more work on my car and would totally recommend Xcel.

First off, I want to send my condolences. You’re obviously here looking at reviews cause your car was somehow damaged or in an accident. I understand hehe. My car was in an accident for the first time where it became a total loss.): I’m just lucky that I wasn’t in it.
But I reassure you that thanks to Dai and his team, I was able to figure out from start to finish on what to do with my car.
Dai was very professional& has a cool personality unlike some stuck up business men. He is the one you want to talk to, to get things done.
The shop on the other hand, it looked a bit empty but I’m actually kinda glad it was like that. It shows that this place actually gives you that one-​on-​one connection reassuring you that things will be fine.
That saying…
I was short on cash and definitely wasn’t expecting to be spending my life savings on my car. But thanks to Xcel, they helped me figure out ways where I didn’t have to spend a single dime! That was great!
They allowed me to leave my car at their shop till my insurance company sent out a rep to come by& give me an estimate. While that was happening, I had a few large things in my car that I wasn’t able to get out myself and didn’t know how to. Thanks again to their team, I was able to take out the parts I wanted to keep without making the car any worse than it already was.

Also, big thanks again to Dai for speaking with my insurance company. My insurance comp. will try to haggle money out of me as if I’m some piñata. But because of Dai, I was able to, again, not have to pay a singe dime.

I really recommend this place if you ever get into a fender bender! Dai was really helpful and professional. I took my car on Thursday and got it back on Tuesday the next week. It woulve have been done on Monday but they were close due to memorial day. Maybe they wouldve been done sooner if it weren’t for the weekend?! 5 stars!

I brought in my car bright in early for a second opinion. Dai was so helpful and pointed out all this other damage that wasn’t found in the initial estimate. He helped me speak to my insurance and got all the ducks in order for me! Xcel Collision got my car in and out in less than a week. Great customer service! I highly recommend them for any autobody work!
