Currently Shelley ONLY offers Catering & Personal Chef services until she relocates her restaurant. All of her ingredients are fresh, organic, local with a preference of farm to table. She will customize any menu specific to your dietary needs and you will devour any food she creates.
History
Established in 2013.
Originally Shelley did a 3 month trial run and re-opened the Faultline Restaurant and Gazebo as the Faultline Steakhouse, last October. This was only a trial run and although she had a great experience, it wasn’t the right fit. She is looking to relocate and until then only offers catering and personal chef services. Shelley has been cooking since a very young age with her mother and grandmother. Raised in the country-side of Watsonville, surrounded by bountiful agricultural, she developed her appreciation for quality and freshness. Her food comes from her heart and it shows in every dish she makes. She is supported by her three awesome children. Her amazing and extremely beautiful daughter Erica Richardson (Expediter, Event Planner and Wine Enthusiast), her eldest son Ethan Richardson (her right hand and also a chef) and her youngest son AJ Floyd (her biggest fan and kitchen support). A true depiction of a beautiful family’s love for food, people and customer service which in-turn creates a bliss full eating experience for you.
