I love working with business owners. I offer payroll preparation services, and all types of tax returns including: Individual, Sole Proprietor, Partnership, Corporation, Sub-S Corp, Non-Profit, Trust, Estate, Payroll and Sales tax.
I will teach you to do your own bookkeeping, or take care of it for you.
As an Enrolled Agent, «Enrolled to Practice before the I.R.S.» I can handle tax notices, and audits for you or with you. All of my continuing education is in the field of taxation. I consider myself a friendly «Tax Nerd», and I am here to help you.
History
Established in 1981.
I opened for business in 1981 out of a home office in Yorba Linda. My business name at that time was Mulick Bookkeeping and Tax Service. In 1984 I passed the Enrolled Agent exam and became an Enrolled Agent, «Enrolled to Practice before the I.R.S. The test covers all areas of taxation. As my business grew I eventually moved it out of the home to an office in Placentia. After 21 years I sold my business in 2002 to move out of state due to a job change for my spouse. I lived in Southaven Mississippi and then Houston Texas, and returned to Yorba Linda, California in 2007. Some of my California clients found me, and I have been adding business since then. In 2012 I moved to San Juan Capistrano to be closer to my grandchild. I just love it here and feel that I need to advertise my new location.

Business Owner
I grew up in Manhattan Beach, CA, and attended Mira Costa High School. Go Mustangs! I attended El Camino Community College, and C.S.U.L.B. I earned my B.A. in 1975. I worked at the County of Orange Probation Department in the Restitution Collection Department, and at the Orange County District Attorney’s office as a Child Support Collection Officer. I worked at H & R Block for 3 tax seasons part time. After my daughter was born I was looking for a way to work at home, and I opened my own Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation business in 1981. In 1984 I passed the E.A. exam to add to my credentials for the business. I was focused on my family and growing my business. During the time I lived in Houston I volunteered with a group called Skills for Living. It is a non-profit dedicated to improving lives by imparting financial knowledge to motivated low income families. I worked as a mentor and teacher while I was there. When I returned to CA I studied and became a Master Gardener.
