I’ve been a member of Family/​24hr Fitness since 1987 and have gotten in pretty good shape since then. Three months after joining Eternity CrossFit, I am in the best shape of my life. I had tens years ago written off ever doing squats or lunges or heavy overhead workouts. Gary and Michele worked with me very carefully and professionally to ensure that I was working out correctly. I am now doing the very things with confidence that I never thought possible again. The trainers and members care about each other and it shows at every workout. I am getting stronger and healthier every day and have Eternity CrossFit to thank for it.

If you want to have fun while getting fit with a great group of people, this is the place to be. The trainers are very knowledgeable and work to create an awesome community of fitness. They will scale things to ensure your safe and when the time is right challenge you to push harder, growing your strength. I feel myself getting stronger and fitter every day! Eternity Crossfit is a special place. Gary and Michelle are both incredible coaches, and also just great people.
The gym is clean, the people are friendly, everyone is welcomed with open arms. I learned more here in a couple months, than I did in years of previous fitness training.

We tried 5 boxes in San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente when we moved to the area over a year ago. The 3 key deciding factors were excellent coaching and programming, facility, and community. Eternity has it all! My entire family belongs to this box from 18 – 64 years old. It CAN be for anyone. I can’t say enough about the great coaches and amazing people at this box.

I’ve been to 12 Crossfit Gyms up and down California’s coast. This one is HANDS DOWN the BEST one I’ve ever been to. The FRIENDLINESS of the box is awesome, the coaches seriously know what they’re talking about and are super motivational.
This is the best that it can get. Trust me. Try it out and you’ll see.
Also, if you’re new to the area, this is a GREAT place to make friends!

Over 2 years ago I moved from overseas and was eager to try CrossFit. I went to Eternity for a trial WOD and was amazed at how welcoming the coaches and other members were; I immediately signed up and have gotten more fit than I’ve been in years. My daughters have been doing kids CrossFit for the past year and love it. The coaches Gary (owner) and Michele really know their stuff and genuinely want the members to improve their lives in a safe, but very challenging way. I highly recommend Eternity CrossFit to anyone looking to try CrossFit or for experienced CrossFitters looking for a new box.

This is a very knowledgeable staff in Crossfit training. Working with you on your technique first and foremost, to make sure you’re doing the workouts correctly & not to cause any future injuries. They just recently moved into a larger facility a couple of steps away from their most recent location. Makes for tones more room to get your workout on. Not to mention more equipment to utilize.
Eternity Crossfit is a great place to get yourself in shape. And meet some really nice people.

To say that I was terrified of starting Crossfit would be an understatement. Thankfully I was introduced to Eternity Crossfit and my experience has been amazing.
