Our Property Manager arranged for Gus to cap off a pony wall (Approx. 10′) on our rental property in Laguna Beach. I don’t know what the conversation was between the two, but when I went to the property to see how it looked I was horribly shocked. They put indoor porcelain tile with dark brown grout on top of the off-​while pony wall! I couldn’t believe that any contractor would even think to do this kind of trashy work and I would not be at all surprised if they’d used the tile and grout from a previous job and they charged us $ 350. When I talked to Gus about it, his response was that the work had been done and we’d have to pay to fix it. We did pay someone else to fix it and needless to say, I would NEVER use him or refer him. It’s too bad because we were looking for a trustworthy and competent handyman for the property.

This is a company that makes you feel «safe» and not as though you are going to get ripped off or receive less than excellent service. Gus is very supportive and listens to what the issue is then send out the expert for your needs. I have only used them so far for plumbing but will call them for other handyman things I need done. The service person who came to my house seemed genuinely happy with his job and the company he represented.

They’re simply the best. Responsive, show up on time and no matter how hard or difficult, they get the job done. The Tech was respectful, liked my dog which is important. Quite efficient and I though the price was a fair value. Guz understood my urgency. I can’t recommend highly enough. You simply can’t go wrong!
