Mark worked for Pacific Bell/AT&T for approximately 20 years, and during that time he saw local advertising migrate from the Yellow Pages to the internet. While he observed many clients struggle with this change, he also saw some that thrived online. After leaving AT&T in 2009, he took the best practices from those thriving businesses and packaged them into an affordable yet comprehensive online marketing strategy. His ultimate goal in launching iSearch By City: To provide small to medium sized businesses with honest advice, personalized customer service, and the best return on their advertising dollar.
