I discovered that my water heater was leaking late evening on Mother’s Day. I called a plumbing referral service and JG called me back within 5 minutes. Although Jose Gonzales, owner, indicated that if it was an emergency he would be willing to come out, I believed I could make it through the night and we arranged an 8 a.m. call for the following day. He instructed me on how to turn the water valve off, and the gas valve to minimize the water flow overnight.
He arrived promptly today, inspected the water heater and informed me that although it looked like I had a leaky water heater, in reality it was one of the supply tubes – a much cheaper fix than replacing the entire heater. My bill was less than half of what the quotes were from the plumbers that subsequently called.
I had a very positive experience with JG Plumbing Inc. I felt that I received an honest assessment of my problem and a fair price for the work. I would highly recommend JG Plumbing for their quality work and honest service.
